This 4 bedroom 4 bath unit is a very comfortable at over 1,500 sq ft. The living/ dining/kitchen are "open floor plan style" designed for socializing. All appliances are top of the line stainless steel. The unit is richly appointed with original paintings, art work, and local photography. The exposed brick walls and large french doors blend with the modern furnishings and contemporary art.

From world class food, music, architecture, museums, sporting events, festivals, and shopping, New Orleans has something for everyone. New Orleans is unique, truly unlike any other city in the world. Amazing place to stay in the heart of downtown New Orleans. The hotel is in a great location and just blocks away from the Superdome or the french quarter. The suite was very spacious and comfortable with outstanding ammieties like a swimming pool and a private hot tub. Each bedroom had it's own bathroom and individual ac unit! The suite has a very cool and trendy New York loft feel to it with a New Orleans vibe. This is my new favorite place to stay in the Big Easy and can't wait to go back.

This is a hidden gem in the great city of New Orleans. The rooms were spotless and very well furnished. I loved the décor and the old world style and feel. There is an on site pool and spa and the our room had a private balcony and private spa. Very nice! There is also a shared balcony overlooking Poydras St. The location is great for any events in the CBD or French Quarter area. The staff was very friendly and helpful yet we felt very private. I would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend.

I have to say my stay was great outside of hurricane IDA running us away. The Natchez offered us to stay and ride out the hurricane and they gave us honest feedback on what to expect. They were very accommodating on if we needed anything. I had a couple of things that were delivered while we were not within the area and they tucked things away for us such as a cake delivery and my mom's scooter rental. From the time we checked in the staff was quite pleasant. I loved that we had a few family members over to eat with a personal chef and the walls were not paper thin. We really enjoyed ourselves

I stayed here for five days (Sunday-Friday) I loved how they design the room, the customer service and people at the front is nice. I gave it three stars because the walls are not really that soundproof and my family and I heard a couple in the next room at around one in the morning doing some things, and their jacuzzi is loud which keeps a person awake in the next room. We also were told the hottub in our room (2202) was broken and would be fixed on Tuesday. When they finally fixed it then some of the jets were not working properly. My family and I didn’t really care that the jets were not working

This is the spot to book if you have a large group!!!Was here celebrating a friend getting married. The condo was very nice and spacious. There was a mix up with the condo being double booked but the staff was accomodating in fixing the issue. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The area is in a great location, walking distance from bourbon and french market.

This air bnb was everything we wanted it to be from the welcoming hotel clerks, the two hot tubs and the pool. The rooftop overlooks part of the city, shops, restaurants and touring in walking distance. I recommend this spot if you go to Nola with a large group.

Wow! What a wonderful space Natchez has curated. It's such an inspiration to experience a place like the Natchez in the heart of New Orleans. All of the staff working here and guests staying here were such a pleasure to interact with. The rooms themselves were so well thought out with the attention to detail that made our stay enjoyable beyond measure. Especially in a city like New Orleans where it is so inviting to join in all the fun and imbibe in all the local culture, at times literally drinking in your cup. It was amazing to have a heartfelt oasis almost like a healing retreat center

The Natchez is a hidden gem in New Orleans. We stayed in a four bedroom apartment and it was amazing. Each room had a bathroom and was large. The common area was very nice as well, including the full kitchen with breakfast bar. The pool area is beautiful. They were very accommodating especially Jovan at the front desk. She was so polite, nice, and helpful. The hotel is in walking distance to all the major attractions and restaurants. If I ever come to NOLA I will be staying here again.

Stayed here on our recent trip to NOLA. Check in we pretty easy. All of the people in our party received keys for the unit. The building itself is located on a small street. Our unit 3304 was on the 3rd floor, on the corner with two balconies off the master bedroom and living room.
The building is centrally located in CBD and walkable to the French Quarter, Bourbon St., Warehouse District and it's near streetcars and public transportations.
We would definitely stay here again, if we make back to NOLA.

What a wonderful place to stay. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The location is perfect. We left our car in the parking lot and walked everywhere. The condo was furnished with everything you need. The best part is that all 3 bathrooms have a shower, so getting ready in the morning was a breeze. I highly recommend this location and would stay here again when in New Orleans.

To start my trip, we had 25 guys staying here and it was great! The staff was very nice and we had pre-ordered beverages for the rooms that were already in place when we got there. The suites are top notch and I think this place is on it's way to being a very chic place to stay.
HOWEVER... once everyone in my party left, I stayed an extra night....

This hotel will be a very trendy, boutique type place but is not yet finished. Very little street noise with a great location. Backsplashes are not done in the kitchen, construction pencil and unfinished painting, stair rails only screwed into drywall (should be anchored in a stud and had already been pulled out of the wall). So be sure to check and see if the units are done before you arrive.
