Weekend getaway @ NOLA and it was delightful from the beginning to the end. The location amazing because everything was super close. We did a couple's message and the entire staff were kind, professional, and they go above and beyond over all. Shannon at the Spa was the most accommodating, kind, and sweet. person that we ever known. Thank You for taking care me and my beautiful wife, we are going to be forever grateful. The Waldorf Difference Was On Point. We definitely will be back!

Edit: After speaking with a hotel manager following several attempts to reach them, the "damages" charges were further investigated and refunded as they had occurred well after my check out date. I appreciate the hotel making this error right.
I am a travel nurse and stayed at this hotel during the hurricane response. The hotel was beautiful, the room was nice. Major complaint... I get home and am randomly charged $600 months later. When I contacted the hotel, they said damage had been done to a door and it was found off its hinges. I literally worked at the hurricane shelter 7 days a week while

I stayed at this hotel with my mother to attend my brothers graduation. my mother walks with a cane and found it impossible to walk around your lobby. I understand that the draw of your hotel is the Christmas lights however at what cost to your paying customers as we could not enjoy your restaurants nor get around your lobby. I find this extremely troubling considering the price we paid to stay at your hotel. I also understand that you do weddings and private events but on Saturday the wedding you had spilled into the lobby and we watched as drunken guest threw their glasses away, threw up in the

OK, W-A is all about image, and the image of Waldorf Astoria is... You're treated really well, it's a great EXPERIENCE. It was! The Roosevelt in New Orleans is a great place, we stay there every year! BUT: Upon checkout, we discovered $150 worth of charges to our room THAT WE DIDN'T MAKE for items from the "room bar"... we had to call the hotel to complain, and the person who took that call basically BERATED us for checking out electronically... but it wouldn't have mattered how we checked out! HE WAS RUDE and didn't solve the problem. So we stopped BACK at the Roosevelt and the woman there at

Staff was very friendly and accommodating! We went during Christmas time so it was absolutely and wonderful environment. The only problem is that it happened to be the most uncomfortable bed I’ve ever slept on in my life. Could barely even sleep on it and when I did, woke up with a very sore back. Other than the bed, everything else was amazing!

Such a beautiful hotel! Came here for my best friends wedding, which was in the ballroom. I stayed at the hotel as well. From the moment of check in everyone was extremely helpful and hospitable. The wedding was amazing, such a cool venue. Very large hotel and the rooms are very accommodating. We stayed in a king standard room, which wasn’t a huge room but it had everything we needed (especially being so busy to barely be in the room!) our shower was great with water pressure, temperature, and multiple shower heads. The bed was so comfortable I always fell asleep immediately, and there were tons

Great location, just far enough away but close enough to walk to the french quarter. Staff is wonderful and great amenities. Bathrooms were a little small and got the king superior room which for the additional price point did not offer enough merit a repeat. Either go with the regular or for $25 more a night get a suite. Did not get room service, there was a Walgreens on the corner where we got snacks.
Biggest thing is watch the time of day and side of the building you exit on because there are some interesting characters on the way to bourbon but only have to walk a block to get there which

No one wearing masks, not even the employees.
Room service was closed over an hour early and then the front desk clerk had the audacity to argue that *I* was in the wrong for expecting to put in an order at 11:00 (it’s advertised as running until midnight).
My to-go order from the Fountain Lounge restaurant included only half my order. You’d think a $105 breakfast would dictate a little care before sending the food out.
I realize that there’s a labor crunch, but that’s no excuse for promising services you can’t deliver, or being argumentative when called out. There was nothing “luxury”

Tonight's visit wasn't to stay there it was to enjoy the festive lobby lights. This is a great spot to take a holiday photo and to have drinks with friends. It's been a tradition over time and through name changes..this was also once the Fairmont Hotel. It was a lovely time and I'll be back next year.

Certainly the lobby of the Roosevelt Hotel in New Orleans is beautiful. The intricate tile and gold leaf are woven together in a way you feel part of history.
My room was surprisingly large with a couch most likely to due an upgrade that was automatic - thank you Hilton. This Hilton appears to value loyalty.
Service levels were mixed, very good front desk and housekeeping experience. I had a very pleasant server in the breakfast room, although for the price, the food was not at the same level. The ma’tre d was a different story and needed some basic training in hospitable interactions. All
