I was at the bar with some friends before a dinner downtown. Their credit card system was down so they asked to take my number down by hand. They ended up charging another party’s tab to my card. I’ve had 3 conversations with the GM and one with my card company and it still isn’t resolved.
When I called, the General Manager was very antagonistic and had a tone in his voice that suggested he thought I was lying. He sassily asked me if I wore glasses as if it was a “gotcha” moment- he said the bartender remembered me due to the generous tip. When I asked him to describe what the bartender

As a Marriott titanium member, we stay in a lot of hotels. We enjoy Autograph Collections as a rule because of the historical significance and unique atmosphere. This location was very underwhelming. The smell inside the building was immediately musty. The huge laundry holders are visible from the lobby and elevators. They were not in the way, but definitely were an eyesore. The room smelled even mustier than the lobby, and no matter how low we turned the air it got hot at night. This contrasted to the hallways which were uncomfortably cold. On our check out day we intentionally put the do not

A boutique hotel very close to the Boggs Federal Building and Lafayette Square. Tiny lobby. Self parking available in a garage across the street. My room was clean and modern, sufficient but I could not see out the windows because they were frosted. Good choice if the location is important to you or nothing else available, but otherwise I’d stay somewhere more traditional with a view.

Make sure to use ʜᴏᴛᴇʟʙᴜʟʟʏ .ᴄᴏᴍ when booking a resort. They compare thousands of hotel sites and normally will have rates a lot cheaper than others! Thank me later! This resort is one of the best in this area. I've been coming here for a long time. If you stay for a few nights you for sure won't be disappointed.
Loved this hotel, convenient location and very friendly staff. The cook at breakfast is supremely talented. Would easily stay here again.

Vanessa at the front desk went above and beyond to welcome you. Daniel also had exceptional customer service. I will stay here again and again. The rooms are nice and clean, great view. I tried several items off the food menu and they were very tasty. Only a few blocks from the center of it all, return back to your room and enjoy a good night sleep.

Front desk staff was amazing. This is a small boutique hotel in the best possible way. The lobby has big comfy couches and a shuffleboard table. The bar and restaurant have the feel of a B&B. This is a 100 year old buildings so yes, the rooms are on the smaller side, the same as every other historical hotel in New Orleans. It has charm, a great ambiance, top notch service. Our stay was amazing and I would stay here again.

My stay at the Q&C was great thanks to a few star team members of the establishment. Kenston did an amazing job getting my friends and I into our rooms and on the same floor as one another. My room had an amazing view of the area! He also recommended a few great places for us!! Cindy was very sincere and helpful when the dining/bar area was dismissive. So just a heads up, although it is New Orleans and you will be purchasing food throughout the day, there are no microwaves in any of the rooms if you have leftovers. There also isn't one in the lobby area. It would be convenient for everyone if there

The rooms are nice and the water pressure is good. The AC works well also. The location is great for getting to anything on foot you may want to see. I stayed four nights and I’ll definitely go back there.
Some things to note:
The kitchen opens for breakfast and closes and then reopens for dinner. Be sure to confirm those times. As I’m sure is typical of New Orleans, I woke up late from being out all night and always missed breakfast.
They do have plastic to go cups which is wonderful and the two people I met that worked behind the bar were the best.
My four stars is because of lack of
