Went to visit a friend and OMG 😲 unbelievable that the tenants has been calling for repairs and nothing was done. I recently discovered they have not been able to stay at home due to black mode that has speeaded throughout the apartment. It looks like a Horror Movie I wish I could upload the photos taken.
