Well, well - it seems the staff at the Folk INN, located in Ontario, CA, forgot that they are supposed to be professional while the manager is away. Clearly, they have no capability to think out any kind of solutions on their own, short of telling a guest to cancel their reservation. It took calling the corporate office to solve a simple matter, and then the staff was obviously irritated, discourteous, short-tempered, and clearly annoyed. It would not have hurt to inform guests checking in (like me) that their pool and jacuzzi was drained, either. But...apparently, that would be an independent
