Booked a hotel through this company and everything appeared to go through smoothly. I got a confirmation email saying it was a success, and they charged my card for the full amount.
Showed up to the hotel on the day of the reservation, and they did not have my reservation. They said that they do not even use this third party service. I feel like I was completely swindled.
Took 3 weeks and several phone calls/emails to receive a refund. I will never use this company again.
A word of advice: if you book through this company, call the hotel and confirm with that they have your reservation before

Horrible experience with this what I feel is a phony operation. I feel they do not live up to their agreements. Customer service is fake and they don't reply and give phony return emails. My reservation was through Entertainment.com
The receptionist even said there is no supervisor to talk to. I feel this is a terrible operation. Maybe the blame goes to Entertainment.com

Lindsey did a great job helping me out finding a room Scranton PA that was reasonable. My credit card is a spark business card and my boss just moved so his address had changed and it was not taking it at first. I called my boss to get his new address and Lindsay did as she had promised and called me back 5 minutes later to get the new information. She went out of her way to help me get a room for the evening not many people would do or go the extra mile the way she did. She was a pleasure to deal with and I would recommend their service to anyone. Kudos to Lindsay and thanks for all your help
