Michael was an amazing inspector for our first home! He was extremely thorough, and made sure that he explained any concerns he had to us. He was very diligent and spent so much extra time making sure there wasn't anything missed. He went over the report with us and even allowed us to be in house on the day he was inspecting. I highly recommend using Michael as your inspector, he surely won't miss a thing!

We put in an offer on a house shortly before the COVID closures. I was very concerned that we would not be able to get an inspection done and had heard they had gone "all virtual" which seemed dubious. Thankfully, my realtor was able to connect us with Micheal, who was able to do an inspection on his own- our only contact with him was virtual, he went out to the property alone using the lockbox access. He was able to fit us in quickly and got us a detailed PDF report very quickly, which was key in requesting further repairs from the seller. Appreciate how quick and professional he was
