Uptown Canton Apartments are a wonderful place to make your home. The apartments are top notch and have everything you could want.
Due to an unfortunate circumstance, I was not able to make Uptown Apartment my home.
I worked with Danna, my leasing agent, and she was wonderful. She went over and beyond to help me make Uptown my new home, unfortunately my circumstances wouldn't allow it at this time.

I have been living here since March 2021 and have had a steady stream of issues with my unit including issues with hot water, losing heating, and millipedes entering my apartment even though all of the windows (which all have screens) and patio doors have remained closed.
Now I have been getting wasps entering my unit. The exterminator that is being used by the complex has been out once allegedly and I have spotted the wasps' nest literally inside a panel on the building. However, the wasps continue to live in the location.

All the negative reviews are accurate. Uptown lacks many many things and their maintenance service takes the cake. It takes weeks for them to fix anything and then they expect you to pay for it! They billed us because the kitchen sink has been backed up for weeks on end. But they blame it on the tenets and assume it’s our fault. We won’t be paying anything. Uptown needs to get their stuff together. It’s embarrassing. They have rude customer service, they have shady employees,they’re complete racists and not to mention, they are liars. The rent is astronomically high. Oh

Management doesn’t care if your neighbors are loud or let their dogs run around, no matter how many times you say something nothing will be done. You think with the rent being a little pricey the places would be a little bit nicer quality, not drains right in the middle of the laundry room floor with two pipes leading to it and nothing covering it, exposed tax strip in the bedrooms, paint splatters on the floor, and a below average maintenance crew to top it off. Don’t bother telling them not to enter without your permission or you being there because they still will let themselves

We lived at Uptown Canton for 7 years. We moved because rent was being raised for the 7th time. When I asked to have the apartment to get an upgrade like the new apartments my rent money paid for, they absolutely refused.
We had to tape the kitchen cupboards so they would not peel also the both bathrooms had to be taped to stop peeling. The floors in the kitchen are the same linoleum from the early 2000's; also the counters and appliances which were installed in the early 2000's. They actually charged me $20.00 for the drip pans on the stove when we moved out. They can be bought all

If I could give a minus zero I could , I lived a uptown in 2016 and have since moved out of state !! These crooks put a 6000$ balance on my TRW due to a bad review I gave the corporate office !! Bridgett the manager along with Jeff !! Lied multiple times in regards to my furnace repair which went on for 7 months then summer came and the air didn't wk that also went months without repair and the lie that the company was waiting on a part !! Come to find out not one staff person ever contacted a furnace repair!! I went into office met w BRIDGETT who admitted she lied and had no excuse!! JEFF

Beware of these apartments. If you enjoy privacy and peace and quiet stay away. There is no insulation in the ceilings. It's bad when you can sit on your couch and listen to conversations in adjoining apartments. Additionally there are kids running back and forth nonstop screaming like a heard of elephants during a stampede. If you are going to stay here, make sure it's on the third floor.

It has taken me a long time to write this review, I was so mad when we left I could have had a heart attack. First off let me say I enjoyed living there it is beautiful and being right off of ford road is amazing! (we stayed in the model apartment on the first floor) There was a bug problem while we were there, ants were living under our carpet and coming in from every wall. Eventually after telling the office numerous times and them saying they came and sprayed I broke down and bought a perimeter spray and did it myself (like when I lived in my house).

I've been living here for two years now and the bug problem has been stressful to deal with. the complex overall is nice and the staff respond to work orders pretty quick however, i think it's way too expensive and we're paying much more than we should for the quality of these apartments. I'm moving out when my lease ends for this year

I have lived at Uptown Apts for 8 years, virtually since it opened. It suits my purposes because I am only here during the week, never on weekends. It is adequate, but has the following issues: the building materials used are really poor quality, particularly, the paint, the carpeting, the cabinets and counters in bathroom and kitchen. The walls are so thin, I hear water from the bathrooms above me running down the pipes. I am on the first floor and the bug problem is bad. I have had weatherstripping on front door changed at least 2 or 3 times, but there are bugs in the apt every day. The exterminator
