It is easy for me to stay interested in hair dressing. Clients are always changing their look. This allows me to enhance, soften and make subtle adjustments to their hair. Its amazing how a minor adjustment like adding and removing what is necessary will make an huge improvement. I had the honor to be an international guest artist for companies such as Bumble & Bumble and Sephora.
A: I've been a stylist for over half of my life. My sister was a stylist, and it all started with my Mother who would cut and color her own hair in the bathroom when I was young. A: What have you learned from your clients? Over the years, I've learned so much from my clients that aren't even hair-related.
A: I have been a Stylist for 1 year. I had the amazing opportunity to assist at Tribe during my 2 years in school. Two months after working in the salon I teamed up with Oribe and started working as one of their 10 southwest Ambassadors. A: When I am not at work I love to travel, go to the gym, binge watch my favorite shows/movies, and hang out with my boyfriend and my amazing family.
Since entering the industry in 2007, I have received extended education from Redken, Bumble and Bumble, Nick Arrojo, Toni and Guy, Oribe, Paul Mitchell, Sexy Hair, Schwarzkopf, L'Oreal, Kerastase, Joico, and Bobbi Brown Cosmetics- to name a few. Clearly, I am not a one brand kind of gal. I am a strong believer that education is crucial to stay up on the latest trends and techniques, and my clients deserve a well-trained stylist/artist.
I love that I am able to always learn and be inspired, and also that I get to share that with my clients and peers, and in turn, inspire them! It's always so exciting! One of my favorite things that I love to do for my clients is to teach them how to recreate a hairstyle that I have given them.
I am experienced in all types of hair color and cutting techniques, however, I specialize in creating beautifully blended and dimensional hair color and cutting with movement and enhancing natural texture.I also specialize in bridal and special occasion makeup. My best advice for clients who are shopping for a stylist is to find someone who listens to you.

I loved my haircut and style with Molly. I want to get my hair dyed soon with fashion colors, and she had some amazing suggestions I can't wait to try. The space itself was OK. For being so big and spacious which I loved, the hair washing tubs were right next to each other. A little too close for comfort for me, even pre COVID

After having Monique do my cut/color in the past and living it, I had to come back for my next change! I decided to keep the length but go a deep natural red and she nailed it!!! I was not expecting her to be able to get me as close to the inspo pic I showed her as she did! My hair is still so healthy!
I can't rave enough about Monique, she has a great personality and listened to everything I threw at her and made it happen! I don't want anyone else doing my hair besides her!

This review is much overdue. By some miracle I lucked out and got an appointment with Monique. I have never been so happy with my stylist. She was amazing! She listened to what I wanted and took my long boring hair and turned it into an amazing a line haircut! I also love the space and everyone here was so nice, the last place I tried came across snooty. My appointment was a few weeks ago and I am still getting compliments on my hair daily. Thank you so much I can't wait for my next appointment!

I was looking to cut my hair last minute because I was sick of dealing with long hair in the summer time (especially with these winds) and I stumbled across tribe salon on Yelp. I was contacted the next day to schedule an appointment for the following day with Madi.
I just moved here from Los Angeles and was super intimidated by the plethora of hairdressers that Northern NV had to offer. Thankfully I searched Madi on IG and felt more at ease as I scrolled thru her work.

I've been twice so far and am very happy with the results. I did balayage and a pretty dramatic cut (from long to short) and am so happy with the results. The salon is clean and the members are friendly and seem up to date on the latest trends and styles.
They are super reasonable price wise.

Not only is the salon absolutely stunning and well kept, all of the stylists I encountered were kind and helpful. My stylist, Madi, went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable, heard and beautiful 💜 I would highly recommend her, or anyone in the salon, to friends and family. Amazing service.

Booked an appointment with Monique. Drove here for 1.5 hours. When I got there, I was told I was seeing Jeff and Monique was not even in today. I asked who could fix my hair if it didn't go OK with Jeff, who my appointment was not supposed to be with. I was told no one, and that was by the owner's daughter. This salon won't stand behind their own work. To have an appointment with a new staffer who has no Yelp reviews and no photo on their salon website and ask what the backup plan is if either the haircut or color doesn't go OK and be told there would be no remedy is unacceptable

Do NOT go to Brooke. I spent over a year growing out my hair and have been super nervous trying to find a salon to do a SIMPLE lob (long bob) haircut. I had been super excited to get my haircut only to find my LITERAL nightmare come true. My hair is WAY shorter than what I had wanted.
When getting to the salon she was friendly, but never bothered to make much conversation with me. She washed my hair like normal, but then blowdried my hair BEFORE cutting it and I have NEVER gotten my hair cut that way. Then

Took my boyfriend to get his hair cut and they did amazing they also provided him some knowledge on how to take care of his hair. they were very busy we did have to wait a little after our set appointment to get started but it was worth the wait and me being the girlfriend who loves to play with his hair definitely approves!! we will be going back.

Lindsay was impressive, attentive, professional, and extremely knowledgeable. After reading the reviews, I wanted to be impressed with this place, but in this case the expectation over exceeded the actual experience.
It just didn't feel like a very welcoming place. I felt very uncomfortable being there. Small talk with customers seemed like a chore or a task they had to do but really didn't want to do. Just not positive vibes coming from this place!
But what really got my gears grinding was the fact that I had scheduled and made an appointment to color and cut my hair after having quarantine hair for the last 6 months to find out mid-color that they had overbooked

So it has been a rough year for my hair. Back in Sept 2019, I had asked for a certain color and style. Had the picture and everything. The stylist over processed my hair and it turned out awful. I even said don't make it hot pink, it was hot pink. They tried to correct it but the damage was done. Hair fried!
So I went to another stylist and she gave me a great cut and color and we were on a path to fix my hair. Then right before the world shutdown she gave me an awful haircut. I said trim and she cut, weird layers etc. So I took it as a sign, Covid-19, and let my hair rest until yesterday

I needed to find a new salon that would be able to fit my new schedule that I start on Monday.
It was easy to book the appointment online and I had researched what stylist I needed.
I got a confirmation text a few days before, and also confirmed appointment.
I arrived early, and she took me in right on time.
