Received keys to apartment today. Everything about the entire process has been extremely easy, and professional. The unit is in perfect shape. I have now come through on multiple nights, and weekends just to check out what type of goings on to expect, and has been very calm and quiet. Even Friday/Saturday nights. Application was processed within a day of being submitted. If you are looking for a quiet, well kept place to live this seems to be it. Also the price for what you get is unbeatable. I feel very lucky, and grateful to have come here.

My husband and myself have lived here nearly 7 yrs and see no future plans of moving. Our property Manager Margene is fantastic! She does an amazing job of running our little community. Anyone can tell how much she loves her job... it's more than just a rental community but feels more like family. It's peaceful and we'll kept..grass always mowed garbage collected frequently..and anything that needs to be fixed we have a very professional maintenance crew. Harold is on the job immediately when we need anything repaired usually the same day something goes wrong. Margene is always busy walking the

My mom and step father lives here and they absolutely love it! They rent a townhouse, with a spacious backyard and an even more spacious home! Harold the maintenance guy does very good work on the whole property...whatever you need fixed, he's on top of it! The manager, Margene is just the best! She always makes sure you feel welcomed and at home. She also is very kind and I would love to live there someday soon, it's just an absolute beautiful environment.
