A friend of mine had a heart attack about 3 weeks ago his apartment is on the second floor.wjen he returned from Hospital .there was no way family could go see him or take food or meds because .the intercom to get buzzed in is broke for his apartment and others..the owners of complex refuse to fix it This is a serious code violation.the only ones that can get in or out is if you use your key or get buzzed in .lf you can't walk you can't get to door to open.the city inspector needs to get over there before some elderly people get hurt and can't get out .my friends name or Apartment no is not on

I have lived here over a year. Rebeca the manager is wonderful and Janet keeps the place very clean. It is an over 55 apartment complex but does have a larger percentage of elderly residents. It is pet friendly, quiet, with balcony or patio, and reasonable rent. Plus it is a secured building! Best to come and see as we usually get what we give.

The manager of this place (Rebecca) runs it likes she’s a dictator with her favorites. She makes rules up as she goes. She enforces the rules she makes up toward the people of her choosing. It’s sad to see the way she mistreats the tenants. The place is filthy. She treats staff horrible. No one can make complaints unless you are a favorite if you do then consequences could and most likely will follow. She threatens the elderly consistently with eviction. I have tried to reach out to the property owners but they only call her the manager and the person calling over head just gets chastised for
