I have lived here for 6 months now and I’m very glad I chose this apartment complex. The outside of the complex is always kept clean and landscaped. The maintenance orders get worked on ASAP, I’ve only had minor issues and Allen the maintenance man wasted no time coming to fix what I needed done.
Having my own washer/dryer is a game changer! I found it somewhat difficult to find apartments downriver that had in unit laundry.. the storage closets are great too.
My only complaint is hearing my neighbors from time to time, but it’s an apartment so that’s to be expected. I just turn on my

SouthPointe is a nice an calm an most of all safe place to live I really want to give Chrissy office manager all the thanks I can she made my move smoove 😀👍an my apartment is A plus! I moved in about a month ago and have had a wonderful time. Move in was easy, apartment is great, location is great, staff was great, and I really have nothing negative to say. I haven’t had any maintenance issues so I can’t comment on that side of things yet. Overall, I am very happy I chose this place. I moved here from Missouri and the staff made it very easy on me.
UPDATE: I have lived here for one year. This place has been great. I had my air conditioner go out during the summer. Maintenance was there within two hours, fixed it, was super nice the whole time, and I never had a problem

Was a great 2 years here then finally bought a house. Great staff and was awesome in the summer was close to the pool. ✌☺This community was an extremely beautiful, well kept and peaceful community. Everything was so beautiful that I felt like I was at a resort. The office staff was extremely accommodating and friendly also. It could not be better located and was amidst a lot of shopping, restaurants, transportation and schools. It offered amenities that most communities did not."

My daughter and I have lived here for almost 5 years now and I couldn’t be happier!! South Pointe is a quiet, yet welcoming complex. Like many of us, I have had my fair shares of struggles during the pandemic! Christina has been so kind and helpful! From listening to me vent, to helping me find resources for assistance, Christina makes me feel like she actually cares about my family and our well-being. Alex is friendly and helpful as well!
