My Father lived there for 10 years. When he moved in, the carpet really needed replaced, it had iron burns in the living room. He also didn't realize that they had electric water heaters instead of gas. More expensive. He had decided to move in at the end of March. At some point years later, he noticed that the date of his lease had been changed to February. When I called them to ask about this, they said my Father should have noticed it when it happened & should have called them. Terribly noisy young neighbors above my elderly parents apartment. Tried to politely ask them to keep the noise down but they still kept the volume high. My parents have lived here for years and have really enjoyed it but lately their nice, quiet home has turned into a party palace. The disrespect is very disappointing.

I recently applied for a 2 bedroom apartment for my children( that just turned 18) and I.i had to give 105$ for all 3 of us an application fee.,along with all types of personal information on us all.So upon them checking my credit SCORE they denied our applications. why have me give all that personal info just to have their desicion based upon my credit score only.They say its not because of my credit score but because of what's on my credit but believe me there is nothing on my credit that has anything to do with why a landlord would deny to rent to me if I would of even thought that I wouldnt
