These guys are a joke. Renting out cheaply renovated houses then charge you all your limbs at the end of the rental. Charging outrageous repair prices, sending repair men who don't even repair what is asked, leaves jobs unfinished, overprices what the house is really worth. One month after I move in cabinets fall off the wall because screw holes were stripped, charges me to repair a garage door that was broken to begin with, charges me for damages on the tub that was already there, I couldn't have fixed all the problems myself for 1/3 of the cost they are trying to fine me. ALSO HAD THE AUDACITY

John my maintenance repair person was very knowledgeable polite, and efficient I would even say he went out of his way to take care of my problem. I was in crisis and Epic Property Management responded quickly. Thank you

I was visiting my niece who rents from Epic and we were walking her dog. He tugged out of his collar and ran! There was a maintenance guy that saw us and came over to help. He was a character, loud but nice. He helped us chase down her dog and actually carried him back for us! I think his name was Christian

Haley Kasprzyk Was absolutely amazing, she walked us through the lease very thoroughly and made sure to answer any of our questions with a very friendly and professional attitude. Thank you SO much Haley for making our experience so simple and quick! Very professional company, Amy Robert’s at front desk is extremely sweet and helpful, I’m very happy with the choice to go with this rental company and we love our new home!!

Epic Property Management was amazing and helpful in my process of my first apartment, even after I hit EVERY roadblock I could imagine they still worked with me and Hayley was very very sweet and helpful at my lease signing as it was my very first time. I highly recommend them!

Epic Property Management is the best in Southeast Michigan by far. Everything was truly effortless. They have continuously gone the extra mile to build strong relationships with clients as well as any tenants they may come across. Always friendly, knowledgeable and professional. A+

I am a prior tenant and the staff was amazing. Always very timely in getting back to me if I had questions and very polite. If I ever needed maintenance to help with anything in the home they were always very quick and I always felt like a priority. I'd never lease from anyone else!

Inconsistent information and work quality. Condescending and patronizing when dealing with them if there is a complaint. Not thorough and they seem overloaded and lack thoughtfulness about their professionalism. I'm sure they aren't the worst out there but I am not impressed with them. And they have bad attitudes if you're upset about their lack of clear communication.
EDIT: to respond to the comments below from Epic. I did NOT receive a call from Epic on 11/25. But I did call you on 11/27 as well as email about transferring utilities. I then called back on Nov. 30 because I received no reply
