Advertises a place for $850 a month including all utilities but after I called I was informed that the plain language of the advertisement for this 9th Street apartment is actually factually misleading because the apartment is in fact $850 but it costs another $150 to cover electric and water etc. So the apartment is really $1000 a month.

They want 3x income to rent to you! I rented from them for multiple years and can say while the properties need matience, some of the staff is great, shout out to property managers like Susan S, who go out of their way to help tenants work things out and keep them safe! You can do much worse than FLR!

Worst place ever do not move here... my power was put for over three hours and instead of them fixing it and helping they accused me of not paying my bill.. Then said they would send out someone to fix it but if they couldn't find the problem they were going to charge me... Well TEP came out and sure enough it was there fault but TEP was nice enough to fix it... my freezer has been broken for three weeks and they still haven't fixed that either. DO NOT move here or rent from them worst company ever

We lived in our house rented by Fort Lowell Realty Management for a year. They never answered our calls or came out to fix anything wrong with the house we lived in. The last month they tried to raise our rent $200+. We told them we will not be signing the lease agreement! They extended our lease anyways with out us signing the agreement!!! After again explaining we will not be living there we paid our last month. And now when we are moved out I’m getting emails saying we need to pay for next month that we won’t be living there!!!! What is this management?!?! Very poor service! Never rent with

I’ve been renting for the last four months and I have had a great experience. The management was easy to work with and get set up, the online portals for maintenance requests and rent payment make things so easy.
We had to have some maintenance done and Steven was incredibly helpful, quick to action on our needs and was very friendly. Knowing a staff of great employees can help me so quickly is huge while renting.

I was a renter with Fort Lowell reality for six years. Diane Butler managed the property I was at and she always took care of any issues that arose. My air conditioner went out last summer and she was quick to bring me her own portable unit so that I would be comfortable. After renting for years she encouraged me to buy a home.
