I wish there would be an option for a negative star. I had a horrible experience with them, drove 5 hours to L.A and had a booking with them already. For a family of 4, 2 adults and 2 kids, the receptionist, who goes by the name SAM, was trying to give me one full bed. He was absolutely RUDE and un accommodating. He said why did you book with us, go ahead and cancel and even asked me to go out of the premises. Plus there is NO PARKING at the place, to which he said again that why did you book. Horrible experience please don't waste your time and money.

Small place to stay,great for stopping while traveling alone. The family that owns the place we're all very nice as well as cleaning ladies. Parking is a hassle since it's first come first serve but nothing too crazy to worry about. The neighborhood is close to downtown so it's kind of busy but lots of options to eat and go shopping. Not a place for a full family unless they have diff size rooms. 2 people in a room works out fine also. Clean,no complaints wouldn't mind staying there again.
