The primary goal of Providence Home Health Care, Inc. is to provide intermittent or continuing care through Skilled Nursing, Physical Therapy, and Home Health Aide services to the patient at the patient's place of residence. Services
We have a dedicated staff of Registered Nurses (RN), Physical Therapists, Occupation Therapists and Speech Therapists who are fluent in speaking English, Russian, Polish, Ukrainian and Spanish. Skilled nursing observation and assessment of all systems, response to new and changed medication, diet, safety and emergency measures.
