All of the positive review on here are only from actual Management flunkies that are under the CEO's abusive control. In my entire career I have never met a company that makes such an effort to be sleazy, unethical and abusive to their employees.

I have been the IT Manager here going on 8 years now and LSL ownership has done nothing but treat me fairly and has rewarded me when the extra mile has been taken.
I have also seen other employees been treated fairly as well.
The work environment is not toxic but it is a tight run company with the expiations to preform at your peak on a daily basis. Which I believe is a fair expiation from any boss.

In this company it is not recommended to work it is a very stressful place the employees are treated by the manager Maria Merlos and Antonio Olivo in the worst way there are many irregular people there and they violate the rights of the employees there is no respect it is a place of great pressure They change schedules every vacation and from 3 in the morning they make them work until 10 hours and on Sunday also and unload the cargo trucks to the women and it is the same company as 5535 N Wolcott but they changed the place to take away the benefits from the employees,Hopefully they could pay attention

As an employee of almost 15 years now, my experience with the company has been excellent. I started out as a basic manager and worked my way up to senior management. Pay and benefits have been adjusted accordingly to my merits and added responsibilities. I also received a beautifully decorated office when we moved to our new location on Howard Street in Niles. I always look forward to working with my staff and coworkers as they now feel more like my family. Love my boss and Company President, Ash Luthra, as he has been great to manage LSL, and work with, over the years.

Contrary to the reviews below, this is a company I would NOT recommend working for. Your PAY is to docked if you are 3 minutes late clocking in. The owner does not reward for going above and beyond and bringing in new business.The work life balance at LSL is NON EXISTENT! The owner expects LSL to be an employees number 1 priority. It's all about how he sees things fit. This is a very stressful working environment without even getting recognition for your hard work. If you are looking for an opportunity for advancement this is NOT the place for you. If you are looking for employment here I would
