He patiently and thoroughly explained the different machines, educated us on the benefits of each task, explained the effects the program would have on our whole body, and emphasized the importance of working on all parts of the body to ensure a uniform result and attaining our goals to a healthier, happier lifestyle.

Jason is the founder and CEO of Medical Fitness Pros. After he earned a Bachelors of Science, Kinesiology from the University of Texas, he went on the obtain a myriad of other fitness credentials from such prestigious institutions as Coopers Institute of Aerobic Research, the National Academy of Sports Medicine, the American Academy of Health, Fitness, and Rehab Professionals, Medical Exercise Specialist, and the Titleist Performance Institute.
We met Jason while my husband was taking physical therapy following total knee replacement surgery. We were so impressed with the facility and the positive attitudes of all the staff. We both have health problems and were referred to Jason for further evaluation. We were hoping for some assistance and direction to alleviate our various issues.
In the entire state of Texas, we're the ONLY Medical Exercise Fitness Facility that Doctors turn to for help with their patients. Before I found this place, I had literally spent $1,000 over two months trying to diagnose my 15-year-old son's aching back. Jason figured it out in less than a minute. He knew more than everyone we had seen combined -- even the orthopedic surgeon. I am absolutely ecstatic and we will be customers for life!

I shall be forever grateful to Jason and his staff for helping me get back on track with exercise during a difficult time in my life. He was genuinely caring and proactively engaged in my recovery from a repetitive motion injury, which motivated me to do the necessary work. He and his associates gave me exercises I’m still doing a year after moving from Katy. Going to his gym is one of the best investments I’ve ever made, and it’s really improved my quality of life. I never thought I’d say this but I miss going to the gym!

After several serious injuries I got too scared of working out by myself. Through Google I found MFP and I made an appointment. Jason really took the time to listen to the long list of injuries. I started working out with Brooklyn. She made a personalized plan and soon I started to feel better and more secure. That's two years ago and I still go every week. I love working out at MFP! The atmosphere is very nice and the team is amazing. Not only the instructors but also Beth the massage therapist and of course Lisa! Highly recommended!

Medical Fitness Pros has always been professional and provided top quality training. I’ve attended for several months now and they helped me get back in shape after knee injuries and having kids. I love this facility and everybody that works there. The facility is a great place to get personal trained and also to come into work out outside of your appointment. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable and after taking a couple of sessions their, it’ll feel like you’ve been friends for a long time. I came to them to lose fat and build muscle and that’s exactly what I’m getting. They built me a great workout and nutrition plan to help me get exactly what I desired. Jason is training me, but any of the trainers that work there would be fully qualified to do the same.

I started training with Jason as part of the Team Up training program he began. Our training was twice a week at 6am. It was quite a stretch for me to get up that early as I am not a morning person and find it difficult to be cordial at that hour.
After the first week I began looking forward to the 6am workouts (which is pretty huge for me). Not only were they producing results, I was feeling better during the day and left feeling an overall sense of accomplishment and joy. That's quite an accomplishment for someone who hates mornings!
