Services
Katy Sports and Fitness came about from the recognition that there were very few if any QUALITY fitness & instructional sports afterschool programs in the Katy area. The youth athletic world is swarmed with thousands of select teams and hundreds of organizations combined with thousands of instructors in anticipation of preparing children for the NEXT LEVEL.
Katy Sports and Fitness is a great way for your kiddo to get their energy out after a day of school. With structured, fun games along with freeplay as well as arts and crafts, a variation of table toys and so much more. We have all the options your children need to keep them busy and having a blast.
Our camps recognize that not all children are the same! They have different interest and "favorite games". Thus we keep our camp's curriculum versatile and diverse to keep each child engaged in what they are learning next! Throughout the duration of our camps, kids will be highly active by participating in a variety of games and activities.
Camps will include working on all aspects of baseball including but not limited to hitting, fielding, catching & throwing. We will be indoors at the Katy Sports and Fitness facility. We will play a fun game with the kids toward the end of camp each day. Your child will attend this camp and leave a more educated player as well as learn from both collegiate and professional baseball players.
Katy Sports and Fitness offers Birthday, Team Parties, and(or) Socail Events for ages 4-12. Let us make your life easier and we'll customize a party for you and(or) your team that they will remember for years to come. Our trainers will provide fun activities and games that the kids are sure to enjoy!

Trey with Katy Sports and Fitness is amazing. He is great with kids and truly has a gift when it comes to coaching. My daughter had never touched a ball or bat and in less than a month, Trey developed her into an excellent softball player. Highly recommend Trey and Katy Sports and Fitness. By far the best baseball/softball teacher around.

I bring my 10 year old kid for baseball classes and after a couple of months I have to take it out because the coach Trey in many times treat him very disrespectfully and bully , and not just my son but in general if any kid make a mistake he will make fun and offend him in front of the others, I know some parents think that this is ok because I'll make their kid better players, but personally I think that there is many other ways to encourage a child, so is up to you if you want your song get humiliated in this place.

Best summer camp in Katy/Fulshear! The coaches are all fun, energetic, kind, and compassionate. The program is very well run and includes so many fun and creative games in addition to helping kids with teamwork, fine and gross motor skills and exercise! My son is always mad when I pick him up in the afternoons because he has so much fun he doesn't want to leave!

Trey and his team of coaches has done a really awesome job with the kids. My 2 boys have been coming back to Katy Sports and Fitness for over 3 summers now. This is their all time favorite summer camp! Many sports activities and games were played and the kids are all tired BUT happy when I picked them up after camp. Trey and his team keep the kids mentally and physically active. It is a good break away from technology and gadgets and make more new friends along the way. Keep up the awesome job!!

Katy Sports and Fitness is a great place to get baseball training for your kiddos! We have been taking our son there for months now and he is progressing in leaps and bounds! Our son started playing baseball at coach pitch level 7U without ever doing T-ball. Now he is hitting, catching and throwing at his teammates level. Trey is an amazing trainer/teacher! We use their indoor batting cages quite frequently too. They are close to Richmond, Fulshear and Katy off of 1093! I highly recommend this place and Trey!

Today was our first time visiting Katy Sport and Fitness. Immediately you feel a more personal, friendly atmosphere than you find at the bigger chain batting cages. Great place to bring your team for batting practice and conditioning exercises especially when the weather outside does not permit. Watched Coach Trey do a training session and was really impressed. All in all a solid place to practice your sport in a good environment. We will return. They are great and easily to reach if you are in the Katy/Fulsher areas.

Coach Abe has been our trusted baseball coach for 3 years for both my young boys. I've seen fantastic improvements in both boys. My 6 year old now is able to throw a baseball hard, accurate and with distance.
This type of personal and high quality training is priceless and you will want to have your kids around this type of positive sports reinforcement.
Coach Trey and Coach Thomas are equally has effective. Coach Trey has a great knowledge of baseball and continues to coach many children

My son JJ is 6 and attends the KSF after school program. He loves it!! Mr. Trey and his team are awesome!! Most days I have to drag JJ out of there, because he NEVER wants to leave! He enjoys the activities both indoor and out. Thank you KSF for your hard work and dedication to JJ and all the kids there!! So glad we found you guys!!
