I have been training with David for a few months after spine surgery with multiple set backs. David is the most knowledgeable weight trainer I have met. He knows how to work to improve my strength and balance without triggering neurological issues. He is also familiar with a rare genetic issue that impacts how I can train. Given where I started and how far I have come under David's guidance, I am stunned and beyond pleased. David is a very rare talent in the weight gym world. Hard to even think where to begin. I went with the more expensive plan to be able to do month to month in case I didn’t like it and could avoid any potential issues. Here I am 2 months after attempting to cancel after moving out of state for my sons health. I called and tried to explain I wasn’t in Texas anymore. Kept getting the same answer that I had to cancel in person. After a few attempts they said they would still have to charge another month according to their 30 days cancellation notice. They will set an appointment with you based on your schedule and sit down with you to discuss the programs that best cater to you. I started with the six week challenge in which you focus on better nutrition and exercise. The classes are normally 4 or fewer people, so it’s like getting a personal trainer. Everyone is very friendly and super supportive. They make sure you are doing the exercises correctly and help you modify or intensify when needed. Weekly weigh ins (which also measure body fat and muscle) also help keep you motivated. Highly recommend!!!

This place is amazing! I have had several gym memberships in my um 50+ years. None of these National gyms have helped me like Proactive . The personal attention and attention to detail is outstanding. Casey is my trainer. He checks my form and corrects it if he sees me slacking. Casey pays great attention to my actions and expressions. He doesn't… have me do additional reps if I'm struggling beyond my abilities. Everyone here is beyond polite and always happy. I LOVE this place! I'm so glad that I called and made that decision to set up an appointment! The staff here is amazing and they KNOW your name which makes it that much better! I've been training with Casey for almost a year and have seen a change in my body with muscle growth and strength! I came in with a goal of gaining more muscle and so far it has been met! I’m the type of person that use to hate working out. I hated gyms because I thought everybody would be judgmental. I finally decided to take control and decided to join Proactive Lifestyle Fitness. From the moment I walked in to speak with Samantha about my weight goals was very profound. Fast forward to 8 weeks later; I have lost weight, and I love going to the workout classes. I enjoy working out here for the convenience. It’s open 24/7. I can check-in any time. I think that helps the crowds space out and not clustered like typical gyms that have set hours. My point is it’s not overly crowded. The equipment is modern and clean. In general the place is clean and well kept. The staff is nice and always greets me when I come in the door. I can always get some free advice or tips when I have questions. Without hesitation, I can recommend this place.

I just finished a 6 week challenge at Proactive and it honestly joining was the best thing I have done for myself in a while. The workouts, meal plans and support are 5 STAR and you see results. I am able to enjoy the things I love without pain-the NSV are just as rewarding (if not more) as watching the scale go down! Highly recommend this program!!
