My mother has lived at Falcon Ridge Apartment for nearly 2 years and she has been happy and thankful for the help provided by the staff and apartment manager. There are many advantages of living here which include; - access to major highways, fast foods and restaurants, a convenience store across the street, weekly exterminators, pet-friendly, a good swimming pool, a laundry room, 24 hour maintenance, and access to good schools for children – and these advantages are sufficient reasons of moving here. I've never had Bed bugs or Roaches in my Apartment, If you Keep the Place Clean and Don't Leave out Anything (food etc).
I've lived Here for about a Year and I'm So Thankful That I Found These Apartments.
I Never Have to Worry about People Partying or Blaring music on Weekdays.
If there Ever is a Problem, Then Just Explain it To Ms. Rosy and She will Get it Sorted Out.
She's literally The Best land Lord I've Had in all my Years. Maintenance has always Been Great and always Have the Best Attitude.
Overall 10/10 experience.

I am very satisfied to live here, the staff here at Falcon Ridge are very welcoming and are very good people, my life has changed since the time I came to live here, I was very ill when I arrived to Facon Ridge the property manager Ms Rosy was very helpful when I was in search of somewhere to stay, til this day she has helped me and not just me a lot of the other residents, they go above and beyond what is expected of them, I have recommend people and will continue to do so. Mr Ruben and Mr. Efrain get their job done as soon as possible, I am happy with the staff on communicating with residents

Horrible place to live Bed bugs, Roaches walk on you while sleeping Rats, staff is horrible walk in unannounced took for ever to fixed stuff in apt never took care of my rat issues you could hear them in the walls and wanted to raise my rent when it was never worth 990 month they sometimes they would take the water off and never sent notifications about stuff like that oh and the trash can was lit on fire 4 times in the middle of the night nothing was ever done to prevent that from happening!!! Worse experience ever if u care about your health please never move in these people are very inconsiderate

I like the place. It's mostly quiet. I have a studio and its a good size. They remodeled a bit. Only thing im concerned about is the bed bugs and the cockroaches. Still waiting on them to spray my place. They are coming from the bathroom and luckily no issues with them near/in my bed.
Poolside needs to be remodeled, lots of rocks and uneven ground around the pool. The manager up front is awesome and very nice and helpful.
