ABSOLUTELY AWFUL DO NOT RENT HERE. THEY IGNORE YOUR REQUESTS FOR MONTHS FOR SERVICE REPAIRS. SUBPAR LIVING, NOTHING EVER WORKS HOW IT IS SUPPOSED TO. My best friend and cousin lives here. They act like they care on here publicly for the bad reviews but could not give a single care in person. They continue to disregard all concerns that are brought up. "Vital to the improvement of our team" I think if one of your "valued" residents has been complaining and submitting service request after request for 6 months there would be some VITAL IMPROVEMENT by then. Just pitiful the lack of vetting and screening

DO NOT RENT HERE!!!!!!!!!! ABSOLUTELY AWFUL. Trust me when I say this. Please pay close attention to these reviews because they are an accurate portrayal of what it’s like to live here. My pregnant family member and fiancé live here and it’s been a nightmare since day 1. They’ve had non stop issues with their apartment since moving in, some that are hazardous to their health and ac, electricity bill extremely high etc. they put in all the requests for repairs and nothing changes and Theresa is AWFUL, the management is a JOKE!!!!!!. My cousin clearly and respectfully has voiced her concerns

I have lived at Sunrise Canyon over 4 years and have enjoyed much of my time being a resident. Because of the number of years, I have also seen people at the office come and go and although I have had a few bumps along the way, people like Sarah Lozano NEVER fail to impress! She is one of the consistent faces that I am SO grateful to see whenever I have an issue. Sarah's professionalism goes above and beyond! Her level of excellence shows in how she patiently listens, her kindness and caring, tone of voice, and her consistency in getting things done...and done right. She is a shining star at Sunrise

I’ve been here at Sunrise Canyon since December 2019. This apartment community is a great place to be. My family and I plan to renew our lease as long as we are in this area. Everyone on staff is very friendly and responsive to us. Work requests are done in a timely fashion. I appreciate that. I love the location. It’s so close to everything like shopping and restaurants over at the Forum. I feel safe here, the police and fire departments are basically next door. Theresa, Sarah, Ephraim and Callie are a big part of what makes this apartment community feel like home to our family. Thank you

Ever since the very first day of moving in we’ve had complaints, the people who fixed up the apartment from the last people who lived here did a terrible job. Very sloppy and messy. We’ve been calling for the past week and a half to get our drain disposal fixed because it started to smoke up and stop working. They told us a part would be in the beginning of the week and it’s not Friday and they still haven’t called us back to come fix anything. Want us to make 3x the rent but can’t hold up their end of the deal.

This place was so awesome when i first moved in. I even renewed my lease, once I did that, Parking got worse, vehicles get towed if not in a parking spot that complex does not provide enough of. It's about 400.00 to get your vehicle back if it gets towed, your expense! Maintenance has gotten horrible, I have submitted request for AC repair so many times in past 6 months. My electric bill is outrages due to pipes freezing up. And unless you do drugs, you will not like it here. I can't leave windows open or sit on my patio due to my next door neighbors always out on their patio smoking weed. My apartment

Sunrise Canyon is by far the best apartment I have ever lived in! My fiancée and I are upgrading from a 1 bedroom to a 3 bedroom since we have extended our family from 2 to 4 now. Sarah at the front desk has been so understanding and helpful with getting us moved in on time and keeping us updated with maintenance. It has been very enjoyable living here. The staff has been so personable and that’s probably the best feeling to experience in a place we call home! Thank you to everyone who works so hard to help our community!! This place wouldn’t be the same with out y’all.
