Jazmin helped us get into our apartment really fast. I love both of the ladies at the front desk in the office. They are both very understanding and helpful. This moving experience couldn’t have been any better without them. I’m excited to move into my first apartment next week. They deserve lunch on me! I moved out a couple of years ago. The management team would not pick up trash at my apartment, ways using some excuse about contracting sanitacompany etc.
Also, I was told that I had insufficient funds for rent payment when in fact it was proven to be incorrect. I refused to pay and was subsequently asked to move out.
I left the apartment in immaculate condition (I have pictures and video) and was never returned my deposit.
I am considering legal action through small claims court. I want my deposit returned.

Honestly the best experience I have had getting an apartment. The staff was patient and attentive. From the staff to the management it was amazing to see the dedication they had to giving us the opportunity to live in this beautiful community.
The grounds are well kept and clean! They have an amazing pool, basketball courts, kids park, dog park and gym, which even comes with an Amazon center where you can safely and securely receive your packages! The apartments are spacious and quiet, great appliances and their maintenance staff is friendly and quick to respond to any requests.

In response to the reply from management, I have tried calling the office several times and each time the highest representative I can get is the assistant manager who does not call us back and refuses to give us information of how to contact the manager or property manager.
We have stated on several occasions that if she can provide us with the signed form where we consented to your move out policy we can happily leave the charge be. I figured you are a well organized establishment that would be able to find this document in our file easily or we didn't sign it because it was not provided

I'm not sure if they were bought out again, but the new representative is terribly rude. Julia if you are reading this, please work on your customer service skills. I only called to get a ballpark time on when the officials were coming to my building for the fire inspection, but I was met with rude short answers and with less information than I started. Absolutely unprovoked and absolutely unnecessary.

I lived in these apartments for 8 months and had a couple problems that I contacted them about and they never got back to me. The first one including when someone had broken into the mailboxes and management failed to let us know. The second issues was when we had moved out and didn't receive our move our statement. I had to call them and ask them to send it to my email. Once I received this I saw that they had charged $82 for "standard cleaning", $75.78 for "Carpet steamed charges", and $35 for "drip pans". ARYA Grove, maintenance is not on top of anything and yes as you live here at a while your AC will go out every year. I live here for four years and paid my rent in time every month even during the pandemic. and had nothing but problems I had to deal with mildew in the outside laundry room area for 1 1/2 years nobody came to do nothing. Sal the maintenance guy said when Arya Grove took over Avana Grove he was the only guy working. He never came back after he saw the melded and mold. except spray over it and I had to keep calling and keep calling I have pictures of it all and had the maintenance

I don't recommend these apartments to anybody! From the moment we moved it we noticed there was roaches in our unit... so gross! We've been living here six months here and honestly the issue is still the same maybe even worse. They're in the kitchen pantry, the light sockets, the closet doors. Oh man the closet doors are disgusting I found roach droppings! A lot of roach droppings. I've let the office know multiple times, that pest control guy has been by but there's never any progress. I payed the application fee. I put down a deposit with the understanding that I would be getting the apartment. When I was confirmed that I was not getting the apartment and wanted my deposit back they said, that it is not refundable. Do not apply at these apartments unless you plan on losing money because they will not give you back your money. I was not told that the deposit was not refundable. Then they will try to send a letter to your email trying to cover their tracks.

Our A/C broke the second day after we moved in, people go through the complex at 20-25MPH. Management has refused to do anything about people speeding through our complex...despite my fiancé and I almost getting wiped out by people who are in such a rush that they don't care about others safety. I have complained on multiple occasions but the managers shut their doors and ask me to make an appointment. Their only answer for me so far is that they're "actively working on it". Do not live here! My fiancé and I decided to move in to these because they are really close to everything and they are a gated community. JOKE. The front gate is broke and the back gate is also open for anyone to come in. Before moving in we signed the lease via email and I called asking if everything was good to go. Kim answered and told me no. She told me that I needed to wait until MONDAY to get our keys. It was Friday night we signed the papers and Saturday we were suppose to move in. Kim is no help at all. I've been living here for just over two years and the maintenance of the pool and other common areas is terrible. At the beginning I lived in another apartment and at the end of the contract I was offered another of the renovated ones I accepted. to my surprise the apartment that seemed to be in better condition turned out to have fungus under the sink, water leaks in the bathtub and other problems that I reported the first day when I moved and that today have not been repaired. The administrator Sandra, although with a very good personality, is very incompetent in her work. Very irresponsible

These are the worst apartments to live in. The management staff stay in the office and give you attitude when you have a compliant and take there sweet time responding to it, if not at all. The neighbors garbage situation is horrible, the gym is filthy. I have sent them photos of both and they take there sweet time tending to the situation. I confronted the manager again and took her over to the nasty gym. She told me that they do not clean the gym every day. They clean it once a month!!!!!!!! She finally told me that she did not like my attitude and that I was not allowed in the office anymore
