Management purchased a Amazon/Fed ex locker and and decided to roll the cost of it onto its tenants without their approval or any notice and I just renewed my contract before they sent it out so now I got to pay him an extra 50 bucks for something I don't use. When I asked about it all I got was sorry it's covered in the contract not impressed. I'm a Yank I know all about boilers and they can't keep the hot water on wouldn't move here. Second anytime they spend money on the apartment complex it's tax deductible and for them to roll it on to the tenants it's just free money for them they are selfish

I moved in a few weeks ago. So far management has exceeded my expectations.The team does a great job of managing this complex. They assisted me in my transition to a new state and always kept me updated during the process. The amenities are great, the pool is exceptional and a prime location.

So sad to see summer weather officially gone. The pool here is AMAZING! The crew on the property are friendly. I have never had a problem to take up with them, but if I did I feel they would handle it. It is a great place to call home.

Short woman with the blonde hair has a weird vibe and she's very inappropriately touching potential residents while covid is going on. Not professional at all. Keep your hands to yourself. Very pushy as well. No means no!!

Tried to Contact front office about getting a new parking pass for over a week straight no one was able to call me back or return my voicemails so when my vehicle got towed hearing that it’s my own fault and I should just park my car on the street where anyone can have access to it irritated me a little bit why pay $15 a month for your parking spot and then charge someone $100 for a new parking pass? Had to pay the tow company 300 just to get my car back.

The staff at Meadows made my move quick and worry free. They were easy to contact and responsive to my needs. They had the apartment ready for me on my move in day. They even called to check on how my move in was going. It was nice to have someone give that extra touch of consideration.

I loved my apartment I lived in the Meadows for a year and never had any issues outside or inside my apartment! I recommend them to friends who are looking to move. Living here so far has been very quiet and peaceful.

Nice apartments! The grounds are well kept. The management team is on top of things. I've never heard any loud noise. It's a peaceful atmosphere. Oh and we got one of the best maintenance teams around!

PLEASE READ IF YOU'RE CONSIDERING THIS COMPLEX!!!THE WORST, ABSOLUTE WORST PLACE TO RENT!! I HAD LITERALLY NEVER MET ANOTHER TENANT THAT WAS HAPPY WITH THE RESIDENCE. On our scheduled moving in day, they they tried to move us in without the FLOORS DONE (we were SUPPOSED to get hardwood, they switched it to carpet??), no fridge, and wanted to come in to paint over the cabinets dirty chipping cabinets a whole week later. The neighbor told us no one had lived there for FOUR YEARS, and they had over 2 months to clean up. Now, once you move in. Paper thin walls, constantly breaking appliances.

Stay away!!!! If you're looking for a safe clean family home, this place is NOT for you. It's infested with rodents STILL, and the staff does nothing about it. They charge you for anything and everything that does not apply to you. The entire time I lived here, I argued with the staff about the living conditions. The first 2 months we moved in, my son was hospitalized for mold exposure. I let the office know that our ducts needed to be cleaned because they were BLACK WITH BLACK MOLD, they argued with me till I had a real professional come in and test it for me to where then they could

Big lady with black dyed hair you can't miss her she works here as leasing agent , came to wife's apartment banging on the door yelling in her face claiming false accusations out of her personal feelings ,disturbing my wife's right to peace and quiet making her uncomfortable to live here there's no privacy cause she told us the maintenance lives behind us and is always watching us which is invasion of privacy and he does live behind us all the maintenance staff live here and just walk in his door without knocking which is weird now I can't have my back door blinds open

Stay Away! The management is no help and the place is old and full of rats. My son has had to put out daily traps and put food in plastic bins. It's just awful. Tried asking both the local management and The Lynd company to help and no one helps. If I could go with negative stars I would.

Just updating my review. Been living here for 2 years now and honestly I couldn't be happier. I continue to have no issues here. The only reason I would consider moving is to be closer to work, but this place makes it hard to leave. I still drive 20 mins to work because I am happy here. Where else am I going to find reasonable prices in a good safe area, well kept grounds/units, attentice maintenance, ect. I'm not exaggerating when I say this is a wonderful place for anyone. I still recommend to all. Well done Meadows. Well done.

As someone who is on his third apartment search in as many years, I am familiar with the poor state of apartment reviews online. Even when you manage to find a place with more than a handful of reviews, the majority tend to be written by previous tenants who were slighted in some way by the management. I'm sure at least some of that is due to expectations - what I am looking for in an apartment is not necessarily what you need, so we voice our opinions in a completely subjective manner. This is true for all things, I suppose, but we're not dealing with reviewing a supermarket or restaurant
