Stayed here for 4 days, it is located in Logan circle area walking distance from CVS pharmacy and a Wawa convince store (directly across the street). You also have restaurants and shops nearby about 10 min walking distance, which we did and never felt unsafe. Across the street there is a small homeless encampment of about 4 tents and there was a young man shooting up in the hotel's back door that leads to the pool (which was locked)
You must wear a mask inside at all times and if you happen to need one they will sell you one for $2 so, make sure you bring your extra masks.

Stayed for New Year’s Eve. The staff was very friendly and saved two items we left in the room which we are forever grateful for!
We weren’t super impressed with the room itself or the breakfast options at the hotel. The room seemed out dated and gave me a motel-ish feel. We got a king balcony room and the balcony was not covered (it rained) and was quite dirty. The room and bathroom appeared clean and bed was pretty comfy. The cable was shotty, going in and out frequently (enough that we just turned it off) and was the most basic of basic cable (with a couple HBO channels)

I'll tell you one thing that online travel agents don't want u to know. When reserving places use ʜᴏᴛᴇʟʙᴜʟʟʏ.ᴄᴏᴍ They've got the best deals on rooms! Much better than using orbitz, priceline, agoda. No doubt about that!!!
Some of the most professional and best staff in the business. I had my Model NATO conferences here and it was some of the best experiences ever in this hotel. I felt bad for being among a bunch of dirty college kids for that cause this place felt great!

Tom Casey is not helpful and refuses to return my money for a stay I never used. Due to insurrection the hotel called me on January 9th offering me a 4 day voucher. When I tried to use the voucher in May they still wanted to charge me $2,500 for a 4 night stay that was worth in May $400. I have tried to get my money back and he refuses to. Now I am stuck paying Affirm $175 monthly for a stay I never used. Avoid this hotel they price gauge and Tom Casey refuses to help anyone.

The hotel has a cool refurbished 60s vibe. David put us in a room on the third floor with a covered balcony. We had some rowdy neighbors so David went above and beyond to find us the perfect room to relocate to. Thank you David! We loved the balcony! Also, need to mention we ordered a chicken pot pie as a late snack and it was delicious and only $10! Added bonus is a Wawa, CVS, great coffee shops and a liquor store 🍸waking distance. We would definitely stay here again!

Rooms are pretty shabby and the hotel staff is obnoxious. Food delivery orders cannot be taken up to your room like most hotels, so the front desk takes them and leaves them sitting openly on the counter for anyone to take. When I retrieved my order they didn't even look up to see what was happening, and then my next order was taken by someone else. I asked a manager if he could keep the orders behind their barrier so people couldn't just walk up and take them and he agreed. Twenty minutes later I go down for my next order and he is standing there with three orders loose on the counter, again not

The only good thing about this hotel is location. I just did a 4 day stay there... can't speak on all employees there but if you happen to get a front desk person who's name I think is Erica,Probably the worse costumer service rep they could have found to represent the hotel. the rooms felt upscale motel 6, small and and so much for no smoking in hotels... the floor I was on smelled of it. No need to complain to "Erica".
parking is $45 per day with no vallet service... no need to ask "Erica " where cheaper parking is. i know why did I stay for 4 days because "

This place is disgusting to say the least. There were rats running all over the pool area and outside area. I wouldn't be surprised if they're in the basement, kitchen areas or even the rooms. The employees at the front desk were also some of the least hospitable people I've ever encountered. I've stayed at many hotels and this was probably the rudest service. If you don't like people maybe hospitality is the wrong profession. I wish I could give 0 stars. This place should be shut down for health code violations

I saw so many people talking about a man called Mr Williams Johnson and i kept wondering if he is really an expert trader like they say and not a scammer like the others, then i contacted him and i was shocked and amazed that with just $1000 i invested, Mr Williams Johnson helped me managed my account and after 7 days of trading, i made my first withdrawal of $12,900. I’m so happy sharing this testimony with you all, you can contact him via WhatsApp or email and make good profit EMAIL: WILLIAMSJOHNSONFOREXTRADER@GMAIL.COM WhatsApp: +1(361)266-4237

This hotel, is really good one, very recommended.
First of all, the room is big and clean. The hotel location is just great. The staff were very friendly. At our last night in the hotel, we had issue with the restrooms (can happened and thats fine). It was 3 am, and we call the desktop, surprisingly, in about couple of minutes, plumber
came to our room and fix the problem quickly, this service was really good. There is no room service during corona

We were only in town for the night, but we enjoyed the stay the staff at the front desk were very friendly and helpful, we asked for suggestions about food in the area and were given a map and directions . We decided to eat at the hotel the service was great the food was good. Our room was fine for what we needed, Comfortable, but a little small. Nothing we couldn’t handle though. It was clean.
We went back to the hotel restaurant for breakfast this morning.
We did not use the pool but did dip our feet in. It was very nice beautifully decorated and a relaxing area. The hotel was in a good location

Any Hotel is as good as their guests....
Saying that I have to make this reviews in two parts,
Hotel is nice and clean, comum bathrooms are nice and updated, restaurant options are limited but nice and affordable. The pool area is large and clean and have a pool bar close by.
The only issue that I had there was upon our arrival on Saturday and after a 4hour ride I wanted to go to the pool and relax but there was a party of guests being so loud and disrespectful to all other party's that no one could relax.(the only complaint I have about this place is that nobody on the staff step up and call

Girlfriend and I decided to do a 4-day trip in Washington D.C. and chose to stay here for 3 nights. Hotel is not too far from the National Mall, some would walk, we chose to either drive or Uber due to the heat. Right across from the hotel is both a CVS and a WAWA, which were very convenient! I highly recommend the self-parking pass. Secure garage located downstairs that you can swipe your room key to enter/exit whenever you please. Big shoutout to Ben at the front desk. Fantastic hospitality skills! First room we were given didn't have the cleanest bathroom floor, Ben immediately gave us

I stayed at the Washington Plaza several times this year but that ended today. It's bad enough that I had a family of mosquitoes in my room, but to have a rat run from behind the mini fridge and over to the air duct right to the side of my bed was almost as shocking as how I was treated at the front desk upon checking out. While the lady was nice, she offered me nothing other than a "Wow, that has never happened here before, sorry, did you need your receipt for your stay printed or emailed to you?"
Really? Very dissatisfied with the lack of professionalism and caring.

This is a lovely and reliable hotel. Rebecca, the front desk staff this evening, is exceptional. She accommodated my request for a place to share carry-in dinner by offering us table in the dining room. I also received an upgrade room with a balcony for the simple reason that it was available. I'm grateful for to the staff in this difficult time.

I was staying on the 8th floor in the Washington Plaza and there were a bunch of military people staying on the floor. I overheard them talking about bedbugs in their rooms so I checked my bed. Sure enough, I had bed bugs in the seams of the bed. I overheard the military group getting mad because they weren't allowing them to change rooms or hotels. I feel very bad for those soldiers that couldn't leave but I gladly changed hotels. The only thing good that I can say about the hotel is that they refunded my money.

All of the staff was amazing!! The MOD on 11.1.19, during check-in time truly understands customer service...and his team also reflects the same. I had two queen beds. I had plenty of space for one. It was warm, cozy, and clean. I loved the bathroom layout. If you like high-end, this ain't that...but it's a good option!
The location is perfect!!!! I uber'd to the African American museum for $9. I then walked from there to the national monument, white house, Joe's seafood and steak house (wonderful establishment), and back to the hotel.
Parking is tough, but I got lucky with

I stayed here for a night, and it was great! Service and front desk was really friendly, and my bed was comfortable. The restroom wasn't super new or updated though. Shower pressure was good but the shower stall was a bit small and not super comfortable. There wasn't a tub and it was just a stall.
A strange aspect of this hotel is that at 9AM, there was a knock on my door for cleaning services. I'm a morning person so I was already awake, but that's way too early. At 11AM, there was another knock on my door for cleaning services. Check out is at noon, so I don't really

We came here for their New Years party and it was a blast! Open bar and a buffet (food was meh) for about $100 pp. There are multiple dance floors so you can dance to music that you like. And, they have backdrops for photos and a fake gambling area for entertainment.
The hotel room we got was fine. Very standard but a little small. Don't spend too much time in it.
We also had the breakfast buffet the next day ($17 I think) and it was good enough for our hungover bodies.
Finally, the location was great!! Very close walk to the mall and all of the other touristy areas!
