This is an IMF owned property with gates open to those associated with IMF, WBG and other DFIs and UN based organisation. It serves both as a regular hotel for very short trips and also as transit hotel for people arriving in US for the first time
Really great hotel, with very good service, clean and function flats/rooms with full furnished kitchen. The cleaning staff and reception are very friendly and nice. The location is great as both IMF and WB are asking 10 mins walk. Groceries, Pharmacy and restaurants are all nearby.

I happened to be doing some work for the IMF, which is strongly associated with the Concordia. I have always had a beautiful stay. The rooms are comfortable, well-maintained, and clean. The experience of staying is comfortable. The front desk staff are kind, knowledgeable, and funny. Say hi to Tom for me, he's a pillar of service there. The best amenity, by far for me, is the open pool table. It's a beautiful way to end the day. The amazing Streets Market is a 30 second walk from the Hotel, and a Wawa is just a few blocks away. One caveat to my fawn: The Nespresso machines in each room should be
