Remember to use Hᴏᴛᴇʟʙᴜʟʟʏ.ᴄᴏᴍ when booking your room. This site will compare countless hotel sites and usually will have prices a lot cheaper than others! You're welcome :)! This resort is one of the highest rated in this area. I've been staying here for a long time. If you stay for a few days you for sure won't regret it.
Absolutely amazing hotel experience. Clean. Courteous staff. Location is close to everything. Didn't take the metro anywhere sadly but I would recommend it to make the most out of your trip.

In the morning of our stay we woke up to roaches crawling across the ceiling

Wish I can give zero stars , I am not sure how ppl are rating this hotel 🏨. Firstly valet charge 60$ and I have a pickup trunk so they are scared to take thru garage and asked me to come with the driver and I noticed the charge for the garage was 12$ for whole day under Washington post building . Don’t know what is valet means in this city . Second we checked in at 11 pm and room is size of master bathroom in most of the single family homes , there is no water so we called up the reception and they said the in room dining is closed and no water available to service and asked us to get from

I booked this Hotel for my 21st birthday celebration and could not initially check in because I was 20. The front desk lady was very helpful and told me I could switch my card over in the morning. The room was clean and the bedsheets were very nice the bathroom was also clean but the mirror in the bathroom was a tad small. Additionally, GET THE VALLET parking. It's additional and worth it because parking is limited. Next time I am definitely trying the bar and exploring the rest of the hotel. I had a

Poor internet, bathroom floor wasn't clean. View of adjacent building (big, gray wall). We booked through booking.com, so we may have been given the bottom of the barrel. $187 / night. Wouldn't stay here again. I gave it a three because the room was adequate. Staff was very nice. It would have been a 1 otherwise.

Antonio Brown, concierge, deserves high praise for his 5 star customer service. I called from Georgia to ask him how to place a surprise in a room. My son was proposing to his girlfriend this afternoon and I wanted to have champagne and chocolates in their room when they returned. Antonio told me how to order champagne to be delivered to him. He walked 6 blocks to a chocolate shop and had the clerk call me! She gave me a few suggestions, I placed my order, she gift wrapped, and I paid over the phone with my credit card. He then made a sign that said Congratulations you 2, arranged the champagne

The hotel is beautiful and had a welcoming staff. The rooms were clean and nice and the bed was comfortable. Valet takes quite a bit of time to retrieve your car so be prepared and the hold they put on your credit card is completely ridiculous! They also keep that hold, well after you’re gone and this is pretty unacceptable in my opinion.

Wonderful, but brief, stay. We used a transportation service our Best Western in Gettysburg told us about. They had plenty of room for all four of us AND all of our stuff after breaking down. We got straight to The Hamilton without a single problem, at all. The men at The Hamilton were *very good* with helping with luggage etc We had to unload in a little spot in the alley because someone had the single-car check-in spot taken (forever). We had a ton of stuff, but like I said, the staff of The Hamilton, once they KNEW we were in the alley (end of ramp/actually not all that inconvenient considering
