Being privately held allows us to abide by industry and governmental regulations, yet be able to develop personalized services sometimes forgotten by larger property management firms.

Abuzz Property Management, LLC is a full service property management firm, allowing property owners and residents to focus on other priorities. Abuzz Property Management can take care of the day to day details of managing your property so you can rest easy knowing both your assets and your residents are in capable hands.
A non-refundable fee of $50 per application is required to cover the cost of reviewing credit and criminal background, income verification and rental history. Each application must be accompanied by a separate security deposit in the form of certified funds (i.e. money order, cashier's check.) to hold the apartment.
