My family and I love living here. Nancy, the manager, lives on site and is always available to help with any issues or questions you might have. She is always does her best to make sure you feel comfortable in your home while you live here. Any maintenance problems are addressed as soon as possible. The complex has very well kept spaces, and the community is cleaned regularly. The units have a very homey feel. We have been very happy living here.

I’ve lived here for over a year now and I can genuinely say moving here was one of the best decisions I’ve made. My roommates and I love the area so much and we feel super lucky to have found such an amazing place to call home. The units are very spacious but still feel very homely. Maintenance here is super helpful and reliable. The management overall does a really good job at running this place.

Love these apartments, just moved in not too long ago and I’m already looking into renewing my lease. Management was super helpful and really sold me on the complex alone. There’s a clubhouse area with outdoor TV entertainment, fire pits, pool, grills, a gym, a study/conference room and even a dog washing room. Literally everything I was looking for. They worked with me here in getting me the best deal so I definitely am getting my money’s worth. Also, right off the 10 for easy access to everything.

This was the worst place we lived. Nice apartment, way overpriced for what we got though! Always issues with water damage, garage and gates not opening. We took care of most of the clean up ourselves never were offered any help with ceiling damage and ceiling falling through our apartment ...very unresponsive. We had to keep on top of them to fix the issues. We were lied to, we were always on time with our rent for the 3 years we lived there. Then the new managers came in and it got worse. When we finally left last year we left our apartment move in clean and till this day never received our Security

If you are looking for a very well maintained apartment complex that is quite and spacious, this is the place! Not only all of this, but Nancy the property manager made our move-in so smooth and non stressful. She is very responsive and runs this place without skipping a beat! She is the best thing about these apartments honestly.

We lived at South Hills from July 2018 to July 2019 and have truly loved our experience of living here. After researching dozens of apartment complexes in the West Covina area, we found South Hills' units and amenities to be the best. The bedrooms are big and the lofted ceilings and townhome style make it feel like you're living in a home, not an apartment. The property managers Priscilla and Alana have constantly been very responsive and kind to us. And, Emilio always takes care of our maintenance needs within a day or two and with great service.
