We recently moved into the Las Palmas Apartment complex and I would like to command the staff members of being so polite and professional during our move-in. I came to see availability on Apartments and was greeted kindly by Veronica she went above and beyond answering all my questions The common areas were very well maintained Veronica showed me the Renovated unit it was very welcoming unfortunately was already taken will gladly come back in the future to see Veronica if there is an open unit

These apartments seem very nice at first. However, the problems will begin to surface at an alarming speed. I would give 0 stars if that was an option. For context the apartment we rented out was on the second floor with three bedrooms and two bathrooms, we were initially shown a different apartment, and then told that the one we would be renting out was identical just mirrored in the opposite direction. It was not identical and barely similar.

I've been living in the Las Palmas Apartments for almost 4 years and I have to say that it's been sort of bitter sweet. The one thing that is great about this place is the maintenance personnel. Specifically Fernando, he's been a big help in getting things done in a timely matter. He's always willing to go the extra mile for you and seems to extend his work schedule on weekends! Thumbs up for Fernando !!

At first I thought the reviews had me thinking maybe it's not good idea to move in here but I'll say this the manager Veronica is very nice and is point on doing her job. She is very respectful and helpful. I had about few problems with the sink and toilet but Veronica was on it she sent Fernando to fix it and boom job well done. Fernando came in and did his work correctly. He is hands on and gets the problem resolved. The apartments are peaceful and quite and love it here. Keep up the good work Veronica and Fernando -thanks

Went for an visit with Veronica & she was kind but when I asked for a total quote I was given $1500 down total but when we went to seal the deal it was over $3,000+ it was over 2 weeks until we seen the holding fee returned and in a joint check which caused more delays for me.
There was never a joint account or move in.
Overall I’m unsatisfied with the experience and wouldn’t trust their team with property management.

Fernando and Veronica are awesome. The apartment is older so there are going to be problems that need fixing, There's no getting around that but these guys have been super attentive whenever a problem is brought to their attention. Nice convenient area five minutes walk from shopping, grocery stores and even a movie theater.

Beautiful place to be living in! Would totally recommend people to check this place out and above it all very loving and friendly people and staff!! The manager was very nice and attentive to any and all questions that I had about the available spaces. Excellent customer service!! If you are from out of town and are looking for a home away from home, definitely look no further because this place will blow you mind !!

1 star because Fernando (maintenance) is great and fast. 0 stars in general. After my lease was over I HAD TO MOVE OUT. Living with cockroaches for 12 whole months was not the best. We had to throw our fridge, microwave, and couches away because they were infested with roach eggs. (Keep in mind that our furniture was new when we moved in). Roaches would walk on our dishes and cabinets, they would sometimes land on our food. We had to throw away plates every other month. We cleaned every single day and even cleaned out the apartment after we moved out, moped, scrubbed, to keep everything cleaned

I do not live here but contacted Veronica to try and schedule an appointment. She said to go at 4:15pm. I showed up and the leasing office was closed. Called her about 6-8 times and she completely ignored all my calls. I drove from OC to check this place out for NOTHING. Now that Im reading the reviews...I'm glad I didn't waste anymore time on this place.

Idk what all the complains are on here im on my 10th month of my lease and I have experienced not one issue. The neighbors are kind and everyone's quiet. Veronica is always super nice and helpful and great at communicating. I saw someone complain about the maintenance man I've never had an issue I had same day fix when my sink was clogged and on days he was busy it would be by appointment within the week. Overall I love living here the gym is nice always clea, the pool has stayed clean since I've moved in.

4/6/18 I have been so patient with all of the issues in my apartment, even to the point where my has husband had tightened a few screws because the maintenance man is unavailable to come and fix our door knob that continues to fall off. My dishwasher is still broken. Windows won't open. Mad because I advised Veronica this morning about the parking lot lights and complex lights not working at night throughout the entire side of our building only ..um I think...YES! I don't know why she is so upset if I offered my help to fix the lighting. I have a lot of experience with lighting &

"I"lived here at Las Palmas since 1998. The Apartments had its share of issues. However, management are on it. I love it here. Whatever issues come up it gets handled. It is very quiet at the Palmas. Tino, (Maintenance) is EXTRAORDINARY! He is very good at what he does here at the Palmas. Tino, is a treasure. It's a nice place to live.

I almost forgot to mention the "sparkling" pool (as they mention on the website) has the tendency to turn so brownish green that Shrek himself would be proud to call it home. Don't believe me? Stop on by some time during the summer when the algae is in bloom....

Terrible place! Managers are not responsible about the community issues. My roommate and I made a contract for a year, in our contract it said that this place had a pest control, but by the first day that we moved in we faced lots of cockroaches in our bathroom and kitchen... we even found them in our refrigerator!! when i talked to the manager to confront this problem she said that it is not our problem and maybe you guys are not clean enough that you are seeing pests! my roommate and I are student and we barely at home to cook or even use our kitchen....also it is not apply just to our unit,
