I posted my full review on Yelp, but long review short. These apartments are truly ghetto and not recommended. All apartments are not updated, never no parking for people with no assigned parking, people breaking into mailboxes, have to deal with roaches..big roaches, people stealing, people taking clothes out of washers and dryers, loud annoying kids running up and down apartments, cops in and out, cars getting broken in, tow company they have a contract with towing cars that don’t need to be towed, fake wood floors, fake plastic tub, no diversity in the office. Moral of the review, run from

I love this place living here for 5 years now and this place has been so great Vanessa and Sade have been so nice to me always taking good care of me and seeing how things would be better for me here they are always so welcoming to me thank you both so much. The location is very convenient, close to all shopping and restaurants. I would highly recommend these apartments.

They raise rent a lot every year. It’s noisy here. Every night I’m kept up by either people’s TVs too loud. Or neighbors being loud, people’s dogs barking when they go to the bathroom at al hours of the night, the showers from the neighbors are horrible noises. Grounds are nice but if you want to relax or sleep like a normal person... this isn’t the place for you.

Do yourself a favor and look somewhere else. Honestly you will thank me. Laundry rooms always busy and not clean. Parking always full. Trash area full of garbage all the time. A lot of noises. Old wall AC making so much noise. Kitchen cabinets so old. Utilities bill so expensive. Do you want me to continue. Seriously they think that because they are located on South Hills they can charge those tremendous prices for nothing. But if you look around you will find something better. A current tenant.

These apartments are very well maintained. The grounds keeping personnel do a fabulous job.
The walkways are well maintained and it looks like the windows, doors and kitchen appliances are kept up to date as well.
Don't know the cost of anything because that's kind of rude to ask people when you are guest in their home.

These are nice apartments, but they are a little pricey. You cannot complain about easy access to the 10fwy. Also only minutes from great shopping and eating. Also within minutes of your choice of great hotel accommodations. Bottom line staying here means you are paying for the easy access to almost everything.

The area is nice, the proximity to shopping and freeways is great, security is below average for the area the apartment complex is in, and the management is not adequate to handle the number of tenants that live here. I am about to live here for my second year and management has raised the rent by 8% and is not doing anything to refurbish the apartment. They will not negotiate based on value, only out a paper in front of me telling me what everyone else has to pay. And they also do not take care of you if you have security issues. My car was stolen from the parking lot and management was very lax

Been living here for the past 3 yrs. I love it! Management is professional, courteous & friendly. The complex is in excellent shape: landscape would make any hotel jelous, pool is cleaned daily, parking lots are repaved twice a year, FREE emergency on-site maintenance as well as well as FREE exterminators via Orkin.
