We rented one of Jerry and Jodi's new apartments in West Salem from March 2018 to June 2019. The apartments were nice (brand new), but the management is less than stellar. Our refrigerator/freezer was not staying cold enough and it took them days to initially respond and then weeks to get fixed. It took them half the winter to figure out how to get a plow truck to our parking lot before noon after nights where it snowed. And they are not very good about responding to communication in general, whether answering the phone, texts, or emails. There are still no parking lines in the parking lot. Overall
