Attempted to have my car towed from my usual lot on the day of my move out. The sticker they left on the window to notify me the day prior was incredibly difficult to take off and was the last thing I wanted to have to deal with during the move out process. Not to mention, the sticker cited that the lot was only for tenants, which I had been for well over a year at that point. Aside from this, living here was an okay experience. The washers and dryers provided weren’t the best and broke pretty often, but they were always quick to have them fixed. The unit itself was nice enough for the price

I am a RN and am working at Gundersen on the COVID unit during this pandemic. I was supposed to move out of Wedgewood and into a new apartment, but due to COVID I was not able to move into my new apartment. I asked Wedgewood for a discount for an extra month since I could physically not move out and they would not adjust my rent. Their website had discounts that took money off of rent for new applicants but said they could not apply to that to my last month. They ended up raising my rent because I stayed an extra month. They did absolutely nothing to try to help me or work with me, even though

Would not recommend this company, they don’t consider any situations for wanting to break lease. They don’t care about your financial situation, school situation, roommate situation and not even the pandemic. They will just tell you tough luck and you’re on your own. Especially wouldn’t recommend to college aged kids.

The staff was awesome with guiding me and my friend through the application process. We both needed co-signers and we ran into a few issues but they were so kind and helpful towards me and my roommate. I just made it clear this was a first apartment for both of us and I don’t know how some things work or what some things are but they are there to help.

Clean, accommodating and great place to live!
I have lived at Wedgewood Commons for three and a half years and still living there. I would highly recommend it! When I first planned to move to Wedgwood, I became nervous by some of the reviews due to being a person that relies heavily on reviews for places. I had a much different experience than what the reviews listed. I have lived in at least two different apartments and loved each experience. I first lived in an efficiency apartment which was perfect for me at the time. Not having a full-size kitchen was difficult but having a crock pot and electric

It’s a pretty nice place to rent from and no problems with neighbors but there is the occasional smell of weed that comes with every every apartment building. The fitness center is a bit of a joke though. One treadmill, a couple exercise bikes and a busted tread climber. Rest assured though, they are remodeling it. 😂
