The management at this building is horrible. I was pretty much guaranteed an apartment and then five days before I was supposed to move in they told me I couldn’t. I would go months without hearing anything from management. I would call and leave messages but I would not hear back. Their communication is a absolute joke..

Since ownership of GRS was changed to Gorman & Company, it has been terrible. These are the same people that own Gund Brew Lofts, so keep that in mind when renting. Management is rude. The price is way too high for what you get and prices have been raised. I would have been there for three years but didn't renew my lease this year because of these reasons. You can get way more in this area for the price you pay.

The apartments are great and the area is perfect, but since new management took over in January it has been a complete turnaround. And not in a good way. This used to be a great place to live and management cared about their tenants. Now the new manager in the office is disrespectful, the trash and recycling area is usually overloaded, the outside windows are COVERED in spiders and spider webs, and the maintenance man has a kid with him. I really do not think that is safe, and he shouldn't be bringing kids into apartments or on the job. I pay for 2 parking spots and can only have 1 garage door
