Losey Blvd. is located on the previous site of Elm Grove School. The building was built with that in mind. The outside of the building was designed to have the old school house charm, with the brick exterior & large circle window in the lobby. Losey Blvd. is all 1 bedroom units, which have a very open feel.
Markle Rd. is nestled in the residential neighborhood behind Wal-Mart on the Southside of La Crosse. This location has an abundance of trees, grass, and sunshine. The grass area is the perfect spot to relax and take in the sunshine. Markle Rd. is being transitioned to all one bedroom units. Every unit has a full size refrigerator and stove.
Mormon Coulee Rd. is our short term leasing location. This is the perfect option for working professionals only in the area for a limited amount of time. These units are furnished, and almost all of them have been remodeled. Remodeled units offer plenty of counter space, and ample solid oak cupboards for storage.
There is not a fee to apply. The application process takes up to a week, and we will notify you of a decision either way. The average electric bill for a 1 bedroom unit, on a 12 month lease, is about $50.00/month. This amount will vary slightly per person, and will likely be higher in the summer & winter.
