Great place to rent from! They are super understanding and always willing to help, I can't honestly find one bad thing to say about them. Whenever I needed something they were always extremely prompt. 10/10 would recommend and rent from them again! Oh and when I moved in they had a welcome basket ready, which added a nice touch! Three amigos property Management, that is.

Very attentive staff, and I was always impressed with speed of repairs. My one
negative is that for the higher price, I think the units could be more updated (especially the bathrooms.) I would recommend someone to rent from Three Amigos/Rivers Edge over most of the other rental companies in the area! :)
