I absolutely love these apartments. The price seems reasonable and they have a lot to offer their residence like fitness room, cyber cafe, etc. I moved to the area recently and had around 8 months to find a place to live. I emailed the Gund Brewery Lofts multiple times and also called and left voicemails and have received nothing in response. I was really hoping to lease an apartment here but it is impossible to get a hold of them. Very disappointed I didn't hear back from anyone.

They definitely don’t like renting to any minorities. We sent a few people in spread out over a few months, the only person that got a call back was the non-minority , and he came in 3 months after the other 2. The other two haven’t gotten a call back yet, and it’s been a year. The female In the office was very rude with the minorities, and clearly had no intentions of ever renting to them. I’m sure they’ll keep their discriminating practices up.

This past year my Boyfriend and I lived at the Gund Brewery Lofts and were very happy with our time there. Management (Brook specifically) was always super helpful and understanding. He worked with us when we needed assistance and always treated us fairly. Matt one of the maintenance men was awesome! Our maintenance requests were always answered in a timely manner, usually within 2 days . The apartment complex itself is beautiful, has a rustic, homey feel to it and is in a great location. I would definitely recommend Gund Brewery Lofts to anyone who is looking for a place to live in the La Crosse

If you value your health and money, find another place to live. It took 10 weeks to get management to take care of mold caused by a leak (the carpet was drenched whenever it rained). Management kept saying they'd take care of it and it wasn't until I got a lawyer and the city inspector involved that anything was done about it. Brook also entered the apartment without permission and left it unlocked after the moldy carpet was finally taken out. Needless to say I was not pleased to come home to an unlocked apartment after a weekend away. Living there and having to fight for decent treatment from

I have been trying to get in contact with them for months. A lady said there would be rooms available after the holidays, I call twice, leave messages. I even qualify for the regulations that you have to meet but yet no one returns my call. Very unpleased. clearly they don't care about having new tenants.
