I would like to be fair on this review. To start they either have no idea of the Tucson market or they flat out lie to get your business. Before I signed, I was told they would be able to rent it for X amount, granted I did think it was a little high of an estimate, but after three months they wanted me to lower the price by a whole 1/3 of what they promised me they would be able to rent it for with their “analysis”.

This agency fails to properly attend to their tenants needs. During this challenging time of COVID-19, my air-conditioning went out two days prior to the first hundred degree days in Tucson. I reached out to the agency to try to get it fixed, it took them over eight hours just to give me a call back informing me that the soonest they can get a technician out would be four days. The ac company ended up being an unheard of company, and the tech messed the ac system up more by trying to rig it up that Friday for the weekend, until he could actually fix it Monday. Since renting and still currently renting I have had several issues, which some they have fixed. FIRST issue was when moving in the didn’t tell me what all I was responsible for. All we were told was water, electric. We were never told about the trash, for the first week I wonder about this until I spoke with my neighbors. I was never told about sewer being separated from water, which wasn’t a big deal. But I was never told about my gas bill until they came and shut it off. I went 3 days without heat or hot water during winter months of Tucson. SECOND, my air went out on a Friday when I called

This place is completely unprofessional. In the three months we lived there, we made multiple work orders to get the shower, AC, and kitchen drain fixed. All were broken when we moved in, but we weren't told until we signed the lease.
They required a $450 earnest money deposit up front. Once we got the papers to sign, the number was not what we agreed to- they had added multiple 'administration fees' that we were not told about when we applied. But if we backed out now, we'd lose our earnest money. Rent ended up being $62 more per month than we were originally told.

I wrote a review when I first moved in for Marissa. And I now realize it was a mistake. Granting them a 5 star to boost their ratings. They are all face and no depth. This rental service is money hungry. The hidden fees are real. The lease is a scam they write essentially to displace 99% of the responsibilities onto the the renter. And you are likely paying the mortgage for the owner and you might as well be the owner because if there are issues before you move in you can take care of them yourself 24/7 maintenance more like 1/1 maintenance. I moved to Arizona several months ago after accepting a new position. I had a short amount of time to find a place to live prior to starting my new job. While looking online, I found what appeared to be suitable housing for me so I called about it. This is a great company to work with! I had to find a company quickly to rent my aunt's house once she decided to move to a facility. Not living in Tucson made it hard to try keep up the property myself. They are professional and courteous and respond to any issues immediately. They take good care of the property. Initially had some bad experiences with this company. Come to find out it was a simple communication error on my part. After speaking with Melinda today I was very pleased with her customer service. All of our maintenance issues have been handled or steps have been taken to assure that they are repaired in a timely manner. I am very happy with this company in fact I'm signing my lease renewal today. Don't do the same mistake that I did make sure they have your correct contact information. They can't help or address your problems if you don't give them the right numbers.
