After 3 decades of working in Mental and Physical Health Care, I now enjoy working with a diversity of clients in a number of different capacities. Most recently I have been advising clients who have concerns about their lives, relationships and health.

Individuals who were traumatized often suffer from sadness or depression, guilt, anger, rage or anxiety, as well as headaches, body aches and pains, substance abuse, insomnia, and/or eating disorders.I also work with Couples or partners who are struggling within their relationships. Families also consult with me to learn a better way to relate and communicate with one another.
Services
Groups are composed of six to ten members who meet on a regular basis of weekly, biweekly or monthlyfor the duration of the contracted time of 6weeks to 3 months and can cover aspecific topic or topics or can bevariable dependent on the group's intentions. Session length is determined by the clients' progress toward the successful completion of the issues discussed.
