Critical: Professionalism, Quality, Value
I lived on the property for a year and a half and I had to deal with bed bugs, Inadequate heat, random last minute water outages. Terrible communication from Jimmy chau about my issues. He and his brother only see people as money bags. Not humans. If you care about your money and living space. NEVER do business with these people.

You would think that during the quarantine emergency, they would try to help their loyal tenants more. All banks are understanding the financial hardships that are going on, so it's not like the landlord's aren't getting some kind of compassion from professionals. I am a loyal, on time, if not early paying tenant, and the management acts as if it is going to cause the landlord to lose the house that I rent. Very disappointed, and I cannot wait until my lease is up!

I had a similar experience to the other reviewer. they upped my rent during covid. when you try to reach out to Jimmy he doesnt answer your calls and insists on texting only but God forbid he wants to contact you and you can only text! he will not respond except for "cant text. call me". cannot wait until i can move from their property!

MY Wife,Kids and I Omar,lived at one of Infinite Realty Property for 2 1/2 years...I honestly never had an issue at the property that the Management are Owner that didn't resolved.I never live nowhere except in Jamaica where I didn't feel like an Tenant. Sometimes I thought that house was mines lol Only reason why we moved was we needed a 5 bedroom,so my Mom her adopted kids could all live in one house until after this Pandemic affect is over. Jimmy is the best I ever dealt with in Vegas. Maintenance very fast...only advice I would give a tenant is please keep the Yard and Property clean,that what

Very new to the rental game, but definitely have plans to expand our portfolio with the husband. We rented out our first home with Jimmy and Jamie. As newbies we had plenty of questions about returns, the process, tenants etc. They both answered all our questions promptly and truly felt at eased with working with them. I highly recommend this company for people looking for an honest team that gives you true feedback in what you need to know not just what you want to hear. My fiancé and I have been renting with this company going on three years. We’ve had nothing but family like service when things break they get fixed or replaced quickly. Jimmy is always prompt and curtious when responding whenever we reach out to him. We enjoy and look forward to more business with this company...Highy recommended!!!

Hands down, worst property management company in Nevada. The people that lived in the property prior moved a few homes down and warned us that they do everything possible to kee you deposit. When we moved into our home, the process of going over the lease was a bit rushed but I thought we were in good hands by Jimmy Chau. When we moved out, we were charged 336 for garbage and disposal. Jimmys excuse was that the owner had been paying for it the whole time. We renewed our lease and stay in the house 2 years. When I asked why weren't we notified, his excuse is that the owner doesn't speak or read
