I have to say, twin lakes is a nice place to live. It’s usually very quiet and everyone waves to everyone there. While it’s been rough on them to get help for their maintenance team, their management team does a great job on prioritizing what needs to be done, and what can wait. They have attended to all my needs while I lived there in a timely manor, and their manager, Liz, always answers her calls and emails. I believe the fact that she is so hands on, is what makes this place run as smooth as it is. I just bought a house and moved out of twin lakes, but I would recommend this place as a

Love our new apartment, the leasing office was a pleasure to deal with thanks Liz and Stephen. Also a shout out to the maintenance guys, Jon, Rob, Walt, Wade and Tara came right in and made sure everything was just the way I wanted it. It's starting to feel like home. Thank you all so much!

Have had issues with squirrels in the ceiling for almost a year now have called easily a dozen times about it and have been told each time that someone will be sent to fix the siding under the edge of the roof which has now fallen onto the ground for a good month but of course nobody comes to fix it

I've had horrific experiences here. I've been here almost 10 years. Today was a great experience. They replaced my kitchen floor that was trashed buy a previous worker putting in a dishwasher. Hang on to these guys and get more like them. They're a blessing. Thanks to all.

This place is horrible… they don’t care about their tenants. My central AC hasn’t been working all summer and the procrastinate to send someone to fix it… I had to go out my pockets to buy Air conditioners unnecessarily and now my lights are out and they don’t want to fix it until Monday so for a whole weekend I have to be without lights and air ventilation in the summer and brianne said they basically didn’t care to wait until Monday. It’s ridiculous they don’t care to help you maintain the apartment like their supposed to but are real quick to call you the same day that rent is

Leasing process was smooth and seamless. Apartment was in great condition when I moved in and any minor concerns I had were quickly addressed. Office staff is always friendly and attentive when I reach out. So far no issues and I would recommend. Great price for a great school district!

So far, so good. My apartment is very nice and the staff have been helpful and welcoming. Very nice that the weather has been so good that my experience here in Lynchburg is also very welcoming.

This is the worst place to live. Apartments have carpenter ants the maintenance doesn't do anything about it. Our laundry dryer hasn't worked since September 2020 and they haven't come to fix it yet. They keep increasing rent and maintenance fees as if they really are improving but the truth is - they don't do anything. Don't get amazed by the pictures they show you. It's all trash. Not to talk about the people they let move in. They do a "background check" but try living here and you'll see for yourself. Don't deal with these people. Stay away.

Move in was really smooth. Application process was simple and the leasing staff as well as maintenance staff have been extremely helpful. The only feedback I would have is that when I believed I had paid all outstanding costs before moving in a Reservation fee for holding the apartment was assessed when my roommate and I had been moved in for two weeks because it had not been charged at origination.
