Love it here so much the people in the office are ver nice to and the matemince are terrific to and always say hello to you when they go by the house and I just love it here so much and very quiet to and peaceful to from Sandra French and family even the cats to tiggy gemmy have a terrific day god bless I love it here but they need more maintenance hear teo needs more help he is a terrific person and very hopeful he does a great job he needs more help he can’t do it on his own we appreciate everything he does he goes out of his way to do things for people so please he needs help I love it here

Only been here 2 months, but there's not much to say.
Apartment was dirty when I arrived (marks on walls, trash next to bathroom sink), I have work orders still pending since August for broken appliances, and generally things around the building and grounds are simply run down.
Low price, but you get what you pay for I guess ..

The buildings get a little dirty and run down sometimes and the in-building washing machines are not always clean, but for the most part the buildings are fine. The lawns are well kept and great for kids. There’s grills outside to cook on as well.
The apartments are decent sized. Nice concrete ceilings, carpets, and cabinets. The ovens in some units aren’t great and the bathrooms are a hit or miss, but the apartments are better than most.
The maintenance crew is the best. They’re all extremely nice and polite and helpful. Always do a thorough job and make you feel welcomed.

My apartment here is one of the “nicer” ones with all new appliance and hard wood floors. The complex is nice enough, but my experience with the property manager, Sonja, is what makes this an excellent place. Aby complex will have its issues, but rent is manageable and Sonja is my go-to for anything!

My experience based on apartment inquiry. The apartment office is barely open. I had called them thrice, but I didn't receive any response. I went to their office during office hours as mentioned on their website, but it was closed. Finally, I sent them a note over email and I got a appointment.
The rent they have on website have hidden charges. It does not include water, sewer and trash. They mentioned that they not updated it on their website. I have been following their website for four months. But they didn't get a chance to update it!
After everything, nothing was worth it. I was just persistent

I love this place, my son and I have lived here for 6 years. We love meeting the new people who move in and the biggest reason for us being here is we are so close to all the stores and restaurants. We never have to go too far for something that we may need. The two ladies in the office are wonderful. I enjoy talking to both and all keep up on repairs that sometimes happen in our apartments!!

Been living here at North Pointe a few years now and never had any problems. The building is good so are my neighbors; no disturbance. The maintenance respond quickly if ever there is something that needs fixing, and the property manager Sonja is very helpful and friendly. I also love the area very quiet and nice everything is close by, overall great area to live.

Even before we have moved in to North Pointe our first contact with Sojia the property manager was a very good one and also we loved the place. She went all the way to help us and made us feel welcomed to North Pointe. Once we have moved in it couldn’t be any different, the apartment was very maintained, new appliances, carpet and nice fresh painted. Our experience moving in and livings in here We could honestly say it has been beyond our expectations. We give two thumbs up for North Pointe and its staff. Keep up the good job.👍👍
