I was told my deposit was refundable for 72 hours.
I was approved 4 days after I left my deposit and requested my deposit be refunded 48 hours after being approved. My request was denied as I was told it's 72 hours after I give my deposit. This was never made clear to me.
Additional the office staff was quite rude and not at all welcoming.
I would suggest you to rent from others as this was a very negative experience

If i could give zero stars i would. I never lived there but my brother lived there with his family. The apartments are nice size. But the managing staff HORRIBLE! So unprofessional and rude. My brothers experience was horrible. They practically kicked him and his family with 2 small kids out. He paid onetime and left his apartment in good shape. But they refused to give back security deposit. Beware!

If you enjoy paying almost 1,000 a month for a poorly done apartment that is outdated, then this is the place for you. Paint is chipping off the wall and a bug problem every summer. The staff are so rude and passive aggressive any time you have a problem. We have had maintenance just sit in their cars in the middle of the road doing absolutely nothing. These people don’t care about tenants at all. Don’t waste your money on this place because it’s going to people who don’t deserve it.

I was there for 1.5 years. Realistically speaking, this was my first apartment and did not know what to expect. I think the location it’s outstanding. Beyond the location, my 1b1b apartment was perfect. There wasn’t annoying neighbors and for the most part it was pretty quite. Apartments are pretty much sound proof. In the winter, the snow plowing was reasonable frequent during a snow storm and they did a good job in removing the snow from the road/parking spaces. We used their maintenance department twice and it was in the beginning of our stay. Nothing crazy. Oh and most importantly, my apartment

If I could give negative stars, I would. Our experience at Hollandale was horrible from the beginning. Communication with the leasing office was not clear at all, and when we were moving in, our kitchen was NOT clean, and there was no power to our kitchen or living/dining room! After moving in, despite the bad first impression, we had an ant infestation that took way too long to resolve. We ended up having to move our cats for 24 hours while the whole apartment was treated, after 3 prior visits "fixing" the problem. Everything in the apartments are outdated, our fridge leaked and no one answered

The girl that works in the office is very rude and unprofessional and should NOT be working there. I asked to speak To the property manager regarding my application and she was very rude and hung the phone up on me. Her name is RACHEL.......I wouldn’t recommend this apartment complex to my worst enemy! I believe they discriminate against certain people.! If I could give a zero rating I would. They don’t deserve 1 star! As for the corporate office You should NOT have such a unpleasant and Unprofessional person working for your apartment complex! I will never reapply to this complex again. I
