At Ground Floor Home Inspection we truly believe in family. Our inspection reports are prepared with the safety of you and your family first and foremost. We also take very seriously your investment, and making sure we add value to your investment by providing you a detailed, quality home inspection report.
Our Home Inspector will review the detailed report with you if requested to make sure you understand everything and answer any remaining questions. A home inspection is a visual, non-invasive process where all of the items typically used within a home are tested and/or operated to verify proper operation or installation.
Ground Floor Home Inspection, LLC is a qualified radon testing service, having completed the Radon Measurement Operator Proficiency course through the Radon Testing Corporation of America. We use a variety of measuring devices that are placed in the lowest level of the residence for a minimum period of 48 hours.

We now have FOUR CE-credit classes for Realtors approved by DORA, and TWO classes that focus on realtor safety (not CE approved by DORA). I highly recommend Ground Floor Home Inspections. We had a new home built and living out of state wanted another set of eyes to walk through the process with us. Our primary inspector was Walter, but this applies to everyone we worked with. They were prompt, competent, thorough, kind, prepared timely and readable reports with photos and were clearly highly respected by other trades professionals, realtors and builders. We've had bad experiences with inspectors in the past but were blown away by Ground Floor and we would use them again in a heartbeat!

Wally was super helpful. He walked through the home and detail, pointed out things to be aware of, and answered all of our questions. He even scraped the snow off our cars before we left which was completely unnecessary but very thoughtful. We went into the next stage of our home buying process with confidence after working with Wally. I would definitely recommend!

Richard was amazing, came out on short notice and produced a 67 page report. if you do the sewer scope that will also be a separate report. As first time home buyers, Richard walked us thru the entire report over the phone and what he found. Great company and would recommend to anyone!

We had a townhouse inspected by Ground Floor Inspection last week. They were extremely thorough, very fast with the report, easy to pay the bill, and they coordinated everything. Inspection, sewer scope, radon test, all taken care of. I spoke to our inspector over the phone and he was very knowledgeable and took my call right away. Thankfully no surprises, but if we buy again down the line, I'd use these professionals again without hesitation.

Ground Floor was very professional from start to finish. The inspection was for a home we are considering buying and made an offer on. I was able to make an appointment online on somewhat short notice (one week). Our inspector Joe showed up earlier than the inspection time since the home was unoccupied and did the outside inspection then, which was helpful. We went inside the home together and he clearly explained what he would and would not check. As he went through the home, he made sure to point out areas that had safety or code concerns. At the end he went over the report that he would be sending
