I have lived in a residence owned by them since 2010, it is now 2021. Security deposit and lease was shown and put down and as a result I was able to move in. Here it is now 2021 and I am now being asked to sign another lease even though I’m telling them I want to move out and I’m waiting on moving papers from CHA. Talked to the landlord who was EXTREMELY rude, nothing on the lease was accurate and now I’m being told I have no security deposit. He claims he’s owned the property for 10 years but I received an email a year or two ago stating that the property was under new management, so

Don’t ever rent from paper street you’ll terribly regret it. They were the worse company to deal with broke all kind of laws never completed work orders or hold up on their end. They would enter apartment without warning setting my alarm off. Thank God i had an alarm. Furnace went out was left without heat for days. Main bathroom always had a clogged line. Closet shelf broke & door fell on my nephew

These people are the worst can’t get work orders in, the worst snow removal, no one answers when I call! Just another slumlord company that the owner of the building should take charge of their self but to lazy to deal with their own property and lie to us the day they bought the 2 apt duplex with apt up & and one down ! Wow like they really need a Property management company for this place!

Adrian Macias came to fix my furnace and was so efficient and knowledgeable about why it was having problems. He was even able to fix other appliances that weren't working before I moved in. 100/10
Aug 2020 I was having trouble with the outlets throughout the unit. They responded very fast. Office management and property workers communicated well prior to and the day of melding.

Paper Street Realty is a great company to deal with, absolutely satisfied with they service!! The maintenance team respond immediately and does a great job!! Every since my property manager Samuel Diaz has taken over I have been nothing but impressed with his services. He goes above and beyond to make sure everything is in order at all times!!! Communicates well with the tenants and always make sure we are ok!! If I have any question or concerns he always responds in a timely manner.

Adrian is a delight he always shows up with a helpful can do attitude. When my sink was leaking he showed up right away and not only did he find the problem quickly he also made sure he got the parts and fixed it in the same day and he cleans up after himself instead of leaving a mess for me to clean up. The greatest thing I appreciate is that he checks to make sure everything still good anytime he is in the building he is an awesome guy.
