Such a cozy hotel to spend a weekend near the beach away from all the noisy downtown.

Positive: good shower, nice quiet pool, good location.
Not great: small rooms, bad mattresses, misleading about what is included for beach chairs/umbrellas

If your booking says “breakfast included” what it means is a “breakfast voucher” of 19$ per person. This gets you a scrambled egg, 1 slice of toast, fruit and a coffee. If you sit at the restaurant, you will always end up paying something in, ie. They add a 20% tip to your bill and taxes, so the breakfast will cost you every morning. The restaurant food is subpar to say the least. The other meals on the menu are bland, portions are small and it is overpriced. Some of staffs attitude is disgusting. This “breakfast included” was really the worst part of our stay, the restaurant was awful

Came down to Miami for a mini vacation with my girlfriend and stayed at this lovely hotel.
First, I highly, and I cannot stress this enough, highly recommend you book directly through them instead of a third-party website. (P.S. You'll thank me later).
Second, the staff was fantastic, especially Caesar! He greeted us with a warm smile and chill vibe. He hooked us up and got us a better room on the top floor with a beautiful view. Can't recommend him enough for all of his help!
Third, this hotel partners with the Loews Hotel across the street, so you get access to their private beach. Included

Came to stay at this place for a couple days for a wedding. Booked a deluxe double room with 2 queen beds. What they didn't make known was the fact that there is no privacy as the shower is pretty much in the middle of the room. I don't mind that being the case for rooms with one bed, but for double beds that doesn't make sense. Can't take a shower, or change outfits without kicking other people out of the room. We didn't have a choice in choosing a non-open shower or getting a different room, even though we had booked this room in over a month in advance...

Brilliant service from all staff. Friendly and efficient and are more than happy to solve any issues. Very clean and rooms are extremely spacious. I had a double room with a king size bed - so comfortable with more than enough pillows. Some rooms come with an open bathroom but you can request a private bathroom (if available) without any hassle as with rooms with balconies. Good location and close to a lot of shops / bars, within a few mins walk to the beach & still quiet at night. I would 100% stay here again and recommend to anyone going to South Beach. I only wish I took pictures!!

Smallest room I’ve ever been to within the south beach area. Pool is not as pictured. Amenities are minimal and management is poor overall. Would not recommend whatsoever.

Luz is awesome!!! She helped me book three rooms after having issues with another hotel. She ensured that all the rooms were together. She's great! I would absolutely stay here every time in Miami. The hotel was clean, fresh and in the middle of everything. Great location!! You get your beach lounge chairs and towels for free just for staying. Oh and the pool is nice! I truly enjoyed my stay. Thanks Berkeley!

Location is great. The food at the restaurant is not good at all, pretty basic worse than Olive Garden. Love the modern interior. And I would say the cleanliness was good but with the humidity inside the rooms, you feel sticky, the room was hot every single night, they have the AC locked so you can not turn it down past 70.. which is fine during the day but at night we were sweating like crazy, and they refuse to do anything about it.
