We've been at the Villa this week, our stay has been wonderful. Front desk, housekeeping and bartender are all very helpful, attentive and pleasant to deal with. Rooms appear to have been recently remodeled so that was a nice surprise. The bar is very limited hours which is disappointing at times but not a deal breaker. The pool has a 10 person max. capacity but we didn't have any issues with it. The location is very close to the beach and surrounded by several dining/drink options. We have enjoyed our stay and would definitely choose this hotel again.

I can’t speak enough of how I really love this place! Henry made our stay extremely memorable. He was warm, accommodating and kind! He answered every question that we had. His recommendations about activities to do and places to visit are on point.
The location is the best, very close to the beach and across from Walgreens. Highly recommended!
The price is reasonable compared to other hotels in the area. The rooms were clean and just the right size. Breakfast was average - most places don’t even offer free breakfast.
I will definitely stay here again when I visit, it was conveniently located

I’m October I was stranded in Miami after my honeymoon, during the southwest flight cancelation debacle. I booked with this hotel after my flight was canceled and then TEN MINUTES LATER southwest contacted me saying they found me a flight home. The hotel refused to refund me. They took $300 of my money for a booking that was made 10 minutes before. The reason I’m only writing this review now is that I tried to dispute the charge with my bank after this happened and just today the claim was denied. I am a business owner and sometimes charges get disputed and usually they side with the client

This was a last minute hotel change and I am glad we did. The hotel, staff, room, location, and amenities were perfect! Willia who checked me in was professional, upbeat, and great! Also Henry is top notch. Rooms were clean. Location was the best. And the breakfast came in handy after a long night. I stumbled on this hotel and glad i did. Will definitely be back. Great job The President Hotel.

This location is ideal as it is centralized between Ocean Drive and all the other popular locations. The rooms are decent size. I was not impressed with the breakfast. They have complimentary drinks for guests when you check in. It's a huge bonus to stay in this location if you want to be close to all the South Beach action. Entrance is on the left side of the building when it's after hours. Very safe. Your room key allows entrance to your floor.

It was amazing! Within walking distance to the beach, Ocean drive, bike rental store, and the bus tours! I want to give a special thank you to Elliot, our pool attendant on the rooftop pool!! He was so friendly and helped with placing fresh towels on the lounge chairs and opening our umbrellas!
I want to thank the breakfast crew and the front desk. They were always so nice and helpful. If you want an affordable room with great location and friendly staff, then stay here!

When we got there, they were EXTREMELY busy and the check-in felt chaotic. I could tell that Henry and his staff members were working very hard though. They assured us that our room would be ready momentarily, and although I was upset at the time, I now reflect and understand that they handled the situation very well. The villa room was perfect. It was clean, it had high ceilings, and a well lit bathroom. The balcony was a quiet chill area. I’m glad we chose this place. It was an excellent price with comfort and cleanliness.
