Are you an employee or an or employee at a business which is close to CRAG? If so, we have very good news for you. If your company signs up to our corporate rate, all employees will be entitled to 10% off our normal prices. Our priority in providing a corporate package is to make it as simple as possible, so that it is easy to implement and involves minimal work on your part.
The class schedule opens every Sunday for the following week. If you have Advance Booking you get access to the schedule 48 hours ahead of everyone else on Friday. Doctors do not advise trying a new workout while pregnant, especially something as intense as CRAG. If a client was regularly taking CRAG climbing classes before they got pregnant they can continue to take classes as long as they are comfortable doing so.

Rarely do I write reviews, and when I do it is because the service is phenomenal. CRAG is a workout experience like nothing I have done before. But more importantly, I am seeing results! I have done countless half marathons and completed 3 full marathons. CRAG has improved my performance running as well as rowing. It has worked muscles that even with a trainer, I have not strengthened or toned. Besides CRAG changing and tightening your body, Michael always leaves you guessing for what is next and wanting more. It also helps that everyone is there to have fun and work hard. Best part of my day!
