I've come here for a couple of classes (dance, strength, yoga) through class pass. They aren't super vigorous and geared more towards older people (IMO). Never the less, they were good work outs and the instructors were great. The facility is clean. Parking is relatively easy to find in the area but that depends mostly on the time (I luck out weekend mornings with grabbing a spot in the front).

I recently signed up for ClassPass & took my first pilates mat class! I really enjoyed the pilates/yoga mix. I haven't taken a pilates class in a while, so it was a nice way to ease back into it!
Kim was great and really took time to work with us during the class. I also loved that it was a small group, and allowed me to get some individual attention. Not going to lie, I thought I was going to coast through the class (lol) but it was challenging ( in a great way) and I definitely felt the burn!
The studio was clean and Kim created a great ambiance. I will be returning to take more classes

I had not come to this gym for a while and have to practice yoga in CT due to my new job. So I started going here during the weekend again last week and I just had my best yoga practice here and ever with Tania earlier today!!!!
I have finally realized the benefit of having a small class and attentive instructor. I always complain about yoga classes being too expensive, but I guess there is no way around it if you really want to have someone pay attention to your poses and have a nice & relaxing space for your session. You really get (if not more than) what you pay here.

It's been a month that I have started going to Maximum Motion Fitness. I find this place very professional. Instructors Kim and Susan are awesome. The classes are small and Kim pays attention one on one. It is similar to having a personal session with a trainer. I love going to Maximum Motion and I would recommend it to everyone.

This is a great studio with lot's of variety. I have been working out here for 8 months and have made a major transformation. My favorite classes are Zumba, Bodysculpting, Pilates, Cardio Kick Boxing, and the half hour classes (Triple A & Circuit Training). You get a real great workout and in only a half hour. It is very easy to piggy-back other classes after the half hour and sneak in a different workout.

I come here for Pilates twice a week, and I love it! Wednesday night (7PM-8PM) is the beginners class; the instructor tries to modify the moves to match the level of each student. Saturday morning (10AM-11AM) is the advanced class, and it is satisfyingly challenging!
The studio space is intimate, the instructors are personable, and the class sizes are small enough to allow personal attention. You do not need to bring any equipment. I buy a 30 class pass for $120.
Maximum Motion Fitness offers other classes as well like yoga and body circuit. Give this place a try if you want a mind-body

If you want results, this is the place for you.
I have tried taking yoga and various fitness classes over the years and never stuck with any of them, they just did not click for me. Then a friend told me about Maximum Motion Fitness, and since it is nearby I decided to give it a try. I never looked back.
Kim (the owner) is a brilliant instructor. She has a wonderful, no-nonsense approach to fitness training. She is a former dancer, with years of experience as a trainer as well. Kim is patient and a good listener, but do not be fooled by her gentle demeanor. She will assess your fitness level

I always meant to join a yoga and/or a pilates studio, but the longer I waited to do so and the older I got, the more intimidated I was about going into one for the first time and admitting I'd never done pilates before and had only done yoga a few times.
And then one day when I was walking around my great town, I happened upon this place, peered in the window, saw how not intimidating it looked, and decided what the hell, I'd give it a shot.
I called to put my name on the list for the next level 1 yoga class, but was told that most times students can just walk in a few minutes before
